I have to say the place is very nice and so was the worker. However, 9$ solely for a cup of tea is unreal. No wonder prices aren't posted at the counter. I never would have bothered. I consider that robbery and being taken advantage of. See less

The cutest family-owned coffee shop! My friends and I stopped here on the way back to the city from a hike. The owner and his daughter were so warm and friendly, and the Avocado Toast was FIRE. Noble Cafe is a must stop coffee event in Sparkill NY. Right on the crossroads of Main St /Union St in the Union Arts building, Noble offers. Sandwiches, wraps , bakery treats and very Best coffee!!! If young TAMI is the barista behind the counter be sure to taste her made to order coffees. This is the exquisite in house cappuccino she concocted for me today!!!!! See less

I really wanted to like this cafe. It is in a great location and has very kind staff. I just had so many issues with the experience that made me question why this cafe has such great ratings especially here! I'm convinced that it is because people who wrote reviews didn’t get the “whole experience”. That is why I am posting this on yelp. It all started when, I ordered a "noble specialty latte" which was not great (highly do not recommend). My friend who paid for me ordered a mango and banana smoothie and chicken wrap. Want to guess how much those 3 things cost her? $32, I bet you didn't guess that because my jaw dropped when I heard the price and once we got all of the items I instantly regretted coming here. So let me tell you why. -I'm going to disregard the latte because that's on me for ordering such a unique blend of flavors. -The mango and banana smoothie tasted like mango puree with crushed ice and I did not taste a banana. If you enjoy the taste of mango puree and ice you should totally try this, otherwise you might find this off putting. -I went to this cafe to get work done so I was there for a few hours. I saw that staff never wiped down the tables after people left. -I spilt some of my latte, so I went to go look for napkins. There weren't any in the napkin dispenser so I asked the very sweet young lady and she gave me one napkin.. just ONE napkin. -I also tried charging my laptop, but the outlet I was trying to use did not work. -The music was not cafe music. It was intense and made me anxious. Honestly, I really liked the people there and I wish I didn't have to tell you all about this. I just felt it wouldn't be fair to not say a thing with this many things going wrong. See less

Great spot for coffee with wifi available. However, beware of the staff that is very rude. Not having realized that power outlets do not work, I was trying out one other one, where the staff approached me and told me to stop moving around. I understand that this may be due to COVID reasons, but there was one other customer in the cafe. I believe that there were other ways to communicate this concern to customers. See less

A very cozy and beautiful place. The tea and coffee is made from scratch in front of you with natural ingredients. many varieties. I love it. Nice food for breakfast too. I loved the Tzatziki turkey roll. My kids enjoyed the food too. Staff very polite and friendly. I'll definitely go back again. See less

For those looking for great hot and iced coffee, pastries, bagels, sandwiches, tea and cold beverages - the best. The cafe is across from the bus stop, next to Union Arts Center, and close to the Rail Trail, so the cafe is an ideal place to make a stop during a commute or while cycling/walking the trail.
