Tonight my husband and I had dinner at Noi Pizzeria for the first time and it was a true discovery! We ordered one Buffalo mozzarella pizza and one pizza fritta with ricotta, mozzarella and salami. Both were exquiste, made with top quality ingredients and a perfect dough which underwent a very slow rising process, achieving the right elasticity and texture. The cooking was also impeccable. Our dinner was enriched by the lovely conversation with the owner Stefano, with whom we could share tales and memories of Naples and very scholarly comments about food. His passion for what he is doing greatly impressed us. The environment was friendly and welcoming, the staff very caring, and the atmosphere quite genuine. The dessert, a Neapolitan Baba', was the final touch for a deeply satisfying evening (food and company were exactly what we define as 'convivio'). This will definitely be our pizzeria from now on.
