We were so lucky to have found these lovely ladies, who organised the most divine grazing table for my sons baptism! Beyond delightful to deal with and arranged super quickly. The food and styling was high quality and scrumptious, down to every last detail. I’ve booked a few grazing tables both for work and personal before, and these lovely ladies are unquestionably the best! Can’t wait to work with them again for upcoming events, they’re simply magical. See less

I'm still blown away with the exceptional service I received at Nola's Foodstore. After hearing about them through the grapevine, I popped in to order a gourmet antipasto platter for my Mum's 60th birthday. Jess was absolutely delightful. She took the time to walk me through all the options on offer, was able to cater to dietary requirements, and even helped me carry the food to my car – all during a busy Easter weekend. All this, coupled with her warm and bubbly personality and genuine interest in making my Mum's day extra special, made me feel like I'd made a wonderful new friend. Honestly, it's the best customer service I've ever experienced. I would give more stars if I could! ✨ As for the food, it was so delicious. Everyone loved the variety and tucked in with gusto on the day. What little was left was divvied up and happily taken home. Thank you for helping make my Mum's special day even more wonderful, Jess! I have a confession. My introduction to Brother Alec was not as a pre-Covid cafe customer. I have only recently discovered them as a local online store that delivered foodstuff during isolation. My husband and I have been lucky enough to remain employed and we want to support local businesses during this difficult time. I am so happy to discover the team at Brother Alec and cannot wait to become a cafe customer in the future. Their customer service is second to none and the quality and standard of food is excellent. Brother Alec was my favourite place to eat pre-COVID, with fantastic and varied food options as well as the most friendly staff. They have successfully transformed themselves in the time since, and now operate on a takeaway only basis, in addition to operating a grocery store. Highly recommend stopping by for a takeaway coffee and BLAT, and picking up some Istra bacon and salami, or going all out and getting a well stocked gift pack instead! Can't go past their homemade pesto either. See less

Brother Alec have been a godsend in this pandemic. Especially at the beginning when it was hard to get quality products delivered. They have a great ever growing range, wonderful prices and only stock the best. Really good food, good atmosphere and coffee was great! The backyard seating is in the shade sadly, and food was slightly burned. My ice coffee looked a bit half full? (Refer to picture) but it tasted great! Had a great time though and staff was very friendly. See less
