Ordered 2 meals with extra sauce - both delivered dry. Meat tough and overcooked. Sent one meal as a small instead of regular. Won't order again - not worth the hassle. See less

This place in Mornington used to be nice but has deteriorated to very low standard. So angry today after a take away meal of Japanese crispy chicken and egg fried rice two boxes, came home and opened the box to find half cooked rice with no eggs or sweet chillli mayonnaise and three pieces of chicken, the rice is almost raw , no spices or salt and no sauce, where the hell are the eggs?!, hatched?!. So disappointed. Just putting some half cooked rice and few green piece is not the egg rice, . Wanted to go back with the pack and get my money back but came far and it’s hot. Thumps down . Had two Nasi And Singapore Noodles 😃😃 It's awesome, go for the Big size buckets. So you can share with others too. It's like good for 1.5 people ... So you do the math. The noodles is nice to deviate from the flavours of rice 🍚. On busy days give at least 15-20 mins to collect your order. Else use their online order system and order ahead and pick up when there. Ordered here a few times over the years most recently tonight only because another local noodle restaurant was closed. Always disappointed as it's mostly just noodles not much meat or vegetables included which for the price paid of $18 feels like I've been had. Also black bean sauce I had tonight wasn't very nice and I waited over 30 mins for my meal. Won't be going back. See less

Stumbled upon the Noodle Box Mornington, and glad we did. A great range of rice and noodle options available. Rather fast service once you've placed your order. We arrived on what I would suggest was a busy period, but there seemed to be no effect on being served and receing our meals. There is outdoor dining, we had planned to get takeaway, but decided to sit at their outdoor dining area by the bustling Main Street of Mornington. See less

Visited today (Queens birthday) and was served by a young member of staff that started and ended every sentence with an out-breath and a sigh. Consistently rude service and complete lack of care and attention. When I asked to change my order slightly (by increasing a sale), before I had paid, he said with an even bigger "humph" "Well, I'll have to put through the whole order again now". Yes, that is the reality of customer service. I would never visit this place again. Poor service. Poor standards. See less

Food was ok, nothing too crazy. Noodles were cooked really well, but could be the sauces that let it down. The girl at the counter wasn't very helpful and didn't really feel like she wanted to be there. But the young kid made up for her coldness. Plus side is plenty of seats if you did want to dine in.
