Normally I love ordering from here.
But after waiting 2 hours for my food to be delivered, having it arrive frozen cold and tasting gross as a result, and still having to pay full price has put me off from being a return customer.
I understand that delivery time isn't always the fault of the place, but in this case, you need to at least have some insulated packaging to avoid this from occurring.
