First time ordering here. Was getting sick of all the same lunches while working at the smokemart here. But sadly, I thought I enjoyed the food but my stomach afterwards did not. The pasta I had was okay but definitely could have used some more flavour and less cream sauce. Don’t think I will be ordering here again. See less

The food quality is alright but it seems they have no idea how to check orders. We have given this place 3 chances and every time there is something incorrect with the order. This time we got a Hawaiian pizza instead of a mix meat pizza, last time we ordered delivery and had to drive back to the store because we got one pizza when we ordered two pizzas and two pastas….. Asked for a Gourmet vegetarian pizza with PRAWNS THERE WAS NO PRAWNS 🍤 Called them back to let them know there was no PRAWNS on my pizza and she say she will call the DRIVER to ask Why the hell would the DRIVER no if there was PRAWNS on my pizza (He’s the bloody delivery DRIVER) 🙄 The girl that I spoke to then tell me that there was PRAWNS on my pizza because he said so OMG I Asked for the Manager and of course he’s not in And she has no answer for me OR even offers anything But HAPPY to take my hard earned MONEY with out a sorry Happy to take someone’s money 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 See less

guys, your food lacks flavour... pizzas and pasta alike. It's bland! Use some seasoning... it would be very easy and cheep to fix the problem. Every other pizza place in the area runs rings around you. See less

Not sure if this store is under new management but the food I had tonight was actually inedible. Between the two pizzas we ordered, myself and my wife could only stomach two slices before my wife vomited and I experienced stomach pain. The chicken tasted off on 19/12/21. Please head to one of the other suitable pizza places in the Western Suburbs. See less

Ordered at 1:53pm, finally arrived at 4:18pm & it’s stone cold!! Took almost 2.5 hours and it’s not even a peak time. Advertises “delivers in 20-35 mins” What a joke, called the place & was told it’s on way - still took another hour after that. Don’t waste your time or money here. Total fail See less

First time ordering, will be the last. Ordered via Menulog. It said estimated delivery would be 210pm (1 hour 15 minutes from ordering). Had to call the restaurant 3 times before it was finally delivered at 315pm. The pizzas were almost cold and one was over cooked.....which we would have just accepted if we hadn't had to wait almost 2.5 hours for the pizza to arrive See less

Ordered through menulog. Upon order, restaurant said that food would take 55 minutes to get to our delivery location which is reasonable enough. However, the restaurant on the estimated delivery time said they delivered our order and it had taken an extra 34 minutes on top of the lengthy estimation of arrival to deliver our food which was followed up by two phone calls by me. The worst part was the attached photo of how our food was given to us by the restaurant driver. See less

I have had some very good pizzas from here in the past except the occasional overload of bbq sauce. This time I ordered the vegan pizzas and this is what I received. It was sloppy and tasted awful with a very bad after taste. The other pizza didn’t have any sauce and when I called, the chef said in the background “well we didn’t have any”. Unbelievable service. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant however. Both pizzas went in the bin after the first bite. See less

Holy moly, got the 39$ pizza rib and wing special. We are house sitting in the area, and thank god this is not our local. Please avoid this place unless you must eat there, and only get a pizza. The wings smelt off and were pale. The ribs had next to no meat on them and our meat lovers pizza had just cheese with a little shredded ham... Average service and not very clean area. We will never set foot In your store ever again. We will make sure that this is known to everybody. Please, do not go there for your health's sake. See less
