Visited this restaurant on the 22nd of March 2022. We usually come here and the service and food is great. Tonight, not so much. Female waitress had her earphones in the whole time and was talking to someone on the phone in a different langauge, sitting on the counter most of the time. She forgot our naan bread, and when we told her it was forgotten and not to worry about it, she kept asking what kind, and proceeded to bring out 4 breads after we finished our meal that we had to pay for, and she did not understand we didn't want them anymore. Other customers sitting in the restaraunt also mentioned to us that they were not happy with the service at all. Vegetarian mixed platter had completely different foods to what was listed on the menu. Pretty dissapointed in this expereience this time around. See less

The curries tasted like they were 50% water.. naan was dry and was like it was from a packet. Customer service was great, which made it even more disappointing to have extremely disappointing food. See less

Had a very high expectation seriously zero grade experience..outside set-up amaizing but the food is terrible..whatever I asked from the menu answer is no we don't have..so got this briyani the taste is terrible. Ruined my day. See less

Loved the food and the service that was provided tonight. Staff were amazing, they went over and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. The food was authentic and spicy (just the way we wanted). We highly recommend Oh Melbourne, definitely value for money!❤️❤️ See less

We went there for dinner and they would not accept paper vaccination form and then we decided to have take away and we ordered at 8:00 and got it at 8:50 the onion baji and it came with 6 pieces and small ones I do not recommend it at all we were going to have my birthday party here but after experience not coming back . I placed an order for delivery at 7:15pm and was given a delivery of 8:15. At 8:45 I called them and they didn't even apologise for the lateness just told me that the order would be with me in 10 minutes when I queried whether it was on road they stated that the order was being prepared and assured me I would receive in 10 minutes. I then called up at 9:15 and was advised that the order would be with me in 2 minutes when I pushed them on the delivery being 1 hour late they blamed being short staffed even though they set the delivery timeframe with me so they contradicted themselves. I then had to call them at 9:30 when my order still had not been received to be told the driver was on the road and I would get my order shortly. At 9:35 my order finally arrived and as I opened it my papadums were shattered into tiny pieces, my curries were lukewarm and extremely oily and my 'saffron' rice was just white rice with splashes of saffron as per attached images. Had they actually been sorry for their poor customer service and provided fresh food I would have forgiven th lateness but to be treated so appallingly means I will never go back and recommend going elsewhere to anyone that asks. sorry for one star guys. went there yesterday the experience was not very well, totally wasted money and time. place looks so beautiful and clean but food quality was not so good. ordered chicken tikka, which was for sure heated and not fresh, mango lassi was so thick and not sweet at all and also came very very late (served with mains after 2 times requesting the staff). in mains, karahi chicken was definitely heated as well, chicken pieces were mixed with cravy and were breaking up like boiled potatoes. wouldn’t recommend at all. Plates, cutlery and glasses were filthy, food and water under and around the table made for a very unhygienic evening out. No napkins on the table (every table had cloth napkins except ours, the staff then provided paper napkins). Asked about the Chinese style fried rice on the menu, was told it was cooked in the traditional Wok Chinese way (no it wasn't, tasted terrible, told the staff member that the rice was inedible and she still charged me for it). Restaurant has potential to be a good dining spot in Wallan, but the lack of hygiene, bad tasting food and lack of any professional service means I will not dine at this restaurant again. See less

Food is always lovely, but there seems to be an ongoing “issue” with ordering through Menulog. Deliveries are almost always at least 30 minutes later than expected. It’s a shame because I always enjoy the food, but the experience in ordering it is a bit of a downfall. See less

Worst experience ever with costumer service to food i asked for biryani with oil and you can have a look how much oil was there it literally give me heart burn also if you can count how many cardamom 17 in just one plate i seem like wastage I wasn’t able to eat it at all worst experience ever See less
