This has been a favorite spot of mine for picking up a Souvlaki. Normally the souvlaki is "made with love". The last time I went the meat was dry, the salad soggy and the pita socked in oil...unable to be eaten by hand. Bring back the love...please. See less

Unfortunately the food was very greasy, salty and most of the calamari was over cooked, we were given a fried dim sim for the wait this was also over cooked. I noticed the bloke taking the orders handled the till, money and eftpos with gloves on and didn't change gloves before handling our food. Other staff weren't wearing gloves at all whilst handling the raw fish before battering and cooking. At least the portions are a decent size! See less

This used to be my go to for fish and chips in Bay Street , I think there are new owners and the quality of the food has hit rock bottom, the lack of customers should have been a warning sign, we got the “lovers pack” for $25 - w/ 2 fish, 2 scallops & 2 dim sims with chips and tartare. The fish was dark brown in colour and over cooked, the dim sims were under cooked, the chips suspiciously yellow in colour the potato scallops however were off- we both spat it out when we took a bite- possibly they had been frozen and defrosted over and over. When I told the lady inside she refused to even smell them and offered me 2 more, we graciously declined. See less

These are by far the best fish and chips we have ever had! The flake was sweet and fresh, the chips were thick-cut and golden, and of generous proportions. Absolutely delicious! Service was warm and efficient. See less
