They close earlier than they advertise. The staff also try to prevent access half an hour before and advertised closing time and decide what they will and won’t serve so they can escape. Pretty consistent with other reviews by the look of it. I’d recommend improving the customer service👌🏻 See less

Horrible horrible customer service. They are rude and dismissing, I asked for a soy Mocka Gold and I got served a Mocka with cream milk on top. I don't drink milk that is why I specifically asked for soy. If she knew she creamed the Mocka with milk the least I expected was to be told - politely not rudely! See less

I cannot believe the appalling attitude and service that I experienced from certain individuals at this establishment. I found myself being told that I have to leave by an extremely passive aggressive middle aged woman (who didn't even identify who she was and whether she was an employee of the establishment), in her words she arrogantly said "that you cannot eat or bring in any items that were not purchased within Oliver brown Gungahlin". At no time was this message conveyed to me prior to placing my order or as I was entering the store. I purchased $40 worth of coffee and food and was informed only after my purchases that these were their conditions. I seriously feel that who ever manages this Oliver Brown should reconsider its business practises and should definitely invest in further training/re-training for certain staff as the current state of this establishment is extremely disappointing.
