Ordered food, then my son with special needs was busting to go to the toilet, asked the lady if he could use the rest room, she said no I’m like do yous have a toilet she like no sorry go to petrol station we did there wasn't one there. My partner a while back used the rest room in ollies. We were 45 minutes from home .honestly very disappointed being lied to like that. See less

Had my first Ollie's in melton back in 93 I think. Then moved away and travelled. Did not have it again until 2019 and oh my god the memories. I may be biased but the burgers at Ollie's are still the same. Unlike KFC which are now a shadow of what they used to be burger wise. Ollie's has big crispy fillets in their burgers and always the same. Dont ever change please Ollie's...... Not all Hero's wear capes. See less

Ordered 3 piece meal and it was quite bad value for what you get and I was not full at all. I got 1 drumstick, 1 wing, 1 breast. I would have expected 1 of either wing/drumstick + 2 other pieces. Perhaps more attention to detail needed to set combinations of chicken pieces. Kfc is more better in value and taste.Otherwise chips were fresh at least. No other chicken and chips shop nearby as an alternative unfortunately. See less

The chips we're great but a bit too salty. The chicken roll was absolutely amazing, definitely recommend it... I asked if the potato salad had egg... the server could not answer.. for.anyone interested, it doesn't. The BIGGEST issue I had was that I purchased 3 pieces of chicken and specifically requested NO WING. A note was made on order, but when I got home..sure enough there was a wing in my box of chicken. Along with another ticket which clearly states no wing in order. If I wanted wings I would have asked for wings, but the fact I specifically asked for no wing and it was noted on the order, n yet I still received a wing is the reason for 3 stars.
