Definitely NOT as nice as it was when I was there a few years ago. Witnessed a man in a wheelchair unable to enter the shop because of a step. Nobody helped or seemed to care? Thankfully he had a friend who was able to go inside to order, pay n then bring his lunch out to him So glad it wasn't raining because there was no roof to create a shelter for anyone who can't get inside. Same applies to the sun on hot days. No step makes it almost or fully impossible for certain people to be able to go to Ollie's if they chose to. Get a ramp ASAP! See less

Been in Melton for 8 years now and never actually ate here. Went today for lunch cause I thought hey may as well and it was SO GOOD. The chips didn’t taste greasy or oily like most chips do which was a pleasant surprise and the burger was incredible. Great size, great taste. Costumer service was lovely too. Will definitely eat here again and again. See less

Place an online order with these clowns then call them 20 minutes later due to no confirmation. Get told order is out for delivery. Another 20 minutes or so later still no food. Origional order placed at 520pm. Writing this at 630pm. Avoid this clown college at all costs. Absolutely pathetic. Will be demanding a full refund and never ordering from this pathetic place again. Order delivered at 653pm and vomited at 710pm. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. See less

Food is okay actually. The reason we will never return is the attitude of the staff. No need to ignore customers or be rude.. just do your job, use a decent tone of voice and be pleasant, we're not asking you to do back flips for us. See less

Don't understand why you guys have no indoor tables set up let alone a toliet to use When I ask the employee why I can't sit down she said she doesn't know I said well were do we sit and pointed outside then went to the toliet and its blocked ..I ask why she said I don't know lol not good costumer service at all See less

I have been living in Melton for 41 years and I’ve always loved this food outlet. Today after being out the whole day we decided to get our favourite take away chicken for dinner. It was the worst cooked chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken was so dry we just couldn’t eat it I stuck with the freshly cooked chips and the coleslaw which I’ll add is not as good as it once was. We were greatly disappointed, we won’t be going back there. I won’t recommend it to anyone the way I used to.☹️☹️☹️🤮 See less
