The service there is consistently good, polite and fast. The food quality is mostly good however I find I have to ask for extra lettuce in wraps otherwise I end up with just a few shreds. See less

Never had an order wrong but the prices are ridiculous and the meals not so filling. It makes no sense why the cheapest type of meat on the market costs the most in a fast food drive thru industry. See less

Food is okay, but if you are branded as a fast food location then your food should come out fast. Had to wait over 10 minutes for my order to be taken while staff was fooling around in the kitchen. When my order was taken it took another 20 minutes for me to get my single bondi burger. Will not be returning, better off going to hungry jacks. See less

I walked up to oporto tonight at 8:25pm and stood in front of their registers waiting to be served. I didn’t realise they closed at 8:30pm. Instead of saying anything like ‘hey sorry we’re about to close’ I was completely ignored, the lights turned off and they closed the shutters. At 8:25pm. Completely rude customer service. Glad I don’t live on this side of town. How rude. See less

I ordered bondi burger and they gave me raw fried chicken. The chicken was white and raw and i asked the person. But he said it was cooked and he was angry.I threw the burger in the bin. It happened on Saturday and i didn’t see such customer service before😡😡😡😡😡.i still have the pic of that burger but i cannot post it here. Plz change the staff.. See less

Staff here do not know how to cook chips. On the few occasions i have been there, i have been served warm and soggy chips drenched in salt. (absolutely disgusting) Chips need to be cooked fresh so they are hot and crispy/crunchy. not a soggy mess of potato. Some care factor would be nice. See less

What discusting service. Cashier got one burger order wrong and when my husband took it back they refused to fix it claiming I order Avocado. I went over and he continued to argue and waned to charge me a new one. I finally got the burger I order that was shoved at me, with the cashier swearing under his breath. NEVER GOING BACK See less
