First time trying Oporto's, won't be trying it again anytime soon. The young lady serving us was lovely, sadly the food was terrible, cold chips and dry chicken not a good combination. See less

Great food and always amazing customer service even when some customers can choose to be very difficult. Saw the manager, very courteously, explain to someone the need to sign in even when the person was being really rude about it and was refusing to sign in. Yes they may be slow when busy but never impolite. If you want extra sauce on your burger or chicken - just ask for it while ordering. We usually get the whole chicken with extreme chilli and it was a bit dry once so the next time onwards we just asked them to add extra chilli sauce when cooking it and hey presto, it came out amazing. Usually extremely happy with Oporto Birtinya but felt the need to leave a review as myself and a friend were very disappointed with the customer service tonight. As someone who has been a manager in hospo for years i would be appalled if i saw my staff treating customers with the lack of humanity i experienced tonight. See less

Very helpful and friendly staff who help with suggestions when you're not sure on what to order. Always enjoy the food from this store. Expect to wait a little longer in the drive through when they are really busy as you will not be disappointed with the quality of their food and service. See less

Lovely restaurant to have either lunch or dinner in. Staff are friendly, food was great- we had an extra big serving of chips. Chicken was cooked to perfection and just the right amount of tasty sauce. Will be eating here again! See less

Didn't go drive through but walked in to eat. The young lad that served me was helpful & friendly 😀 I ordered & sat outside waiting. Upon serving, the same gentleman asked if I'd like any sauce with my meal & went inside to grab me a sauce dish. Very happy with my feed & the service provided 2day 👍 Will be going back again. Best Oporto I have been to as far as friendly service. Not always the fastest of the takeaways however staff are always accommodative to dietary requests. when we have had to wait they often throw in some extra chips to keep everyone happy! Love it! See less

For one who travels a lot and rarely eats at fast food places, I was more than surprised by the delicious cuisine served up! Jason and Santu run it like a family business and make you feel so treasured. This was matched by indivudual attention, professional service, courteous staff and lastly lovely food.
