Hands down to the best bacon, egg and garlic sandwich I have ever had. We also tried their special King Oyster mushroom sandwich which was a bit underwhelming. Coffee was also quite good here. See less

Obsessed with the interior and the yummy selection here at Palette! I was so excited to visit Palette in North Melbourne which is famous for their Korean themed cafe and food. I could not be happier with how beautiful and amazing their food and coffee was. We had their garlic bacon and cheese brioche thick toast, it's just mind blowing, their chili scramble egg on croissant is second to that. Got to love the 🍞 breads and toasts here 😍. ❤️: Absolutely loved Avo Smash With Candied Bacon served with chilli jam toast, feta, sundried tomato, poached egg, chilli flake, hollandaise sauce. Can’t deny Palette serves up the most loaded Korean style toasts in town! Still remember how their toasts have brightened up my day during lockdown, these toasts have blown my mind again when I finally made a visit to their cutest store! My fave has been the Candied Bacon & Cheese Brioche - Scrambled eggs with corn, candied bacon, sliced cheese, chilli jam in toasted brioche. Perfectly flavoured candied bacon is 100% right up my alley. The combo is heavenly and that generous portion🤯 Their Matcha Latte is also a must. Great coffee and food. Interesting take on the Korean style breakfast. Their omelette was perfectly cooked and so delicious! The cafe is located in a quieter part of the city, nice and cozy to enjoy the food. Will come back here to try their brioche next time! See less

If you like Korean inspired flavours well then you must try “Palette “ ! The Korean toasties were super fresh & super delicious 🤤 The bread is so soft , it melts in your mouth . I had the halloumi & mushroom filling with lettuce, tomato , garlic & pesto . It was a delight to consume! My daughter had the most popular option , which was scrambled eggs, bacon & cheese , she was licking her fingers! I can’t wait to go back and try the lunch menu 🤤 I highly recommend you visit ! I've heard nothing but good things about Palette, so I was really looking forward to my visit. I'm happy to report my visit didn't disappoint! The food is amazing! They are famous for their K sandwiches but Palette is a great place to visit for coffee and cake too. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. It's also very close to the Queen Victoria Market. Newly renovated, this cozy cafe offers the most delicious Korean style sandwich. This is definitely a must try. I'll be coming back to try other dishes. Space is limited so I wouldn't recommend for larger groups. Matcha latte was delightful. Place was clean and staff were very friendly. See less
