We order from here a lot like 2-3 times a week. But it’s gone waaaay down hill. Started with having to spend over $30 for delivery and then charging a extra $6 fee. We order through the website and pay online but when they delivered our takeout they asked for more money because their website didn’t charge the right amount. Fix you website, I had to go out to my car in the rain to get all of $2 for them. Then last night my husband got food poisoning from them. We both ordered something different I’m fine he is not!!! The quality also not the same anymore and it way more expensive. Also every time I order wedges I ask for sour cream and sweet chilli sauce I double check to make sure they know to pack it and they have always forgotten, 3 times so I just don’t order that any more. We were really looking forward to a night in with pizza &chips. Being only 2kms down the road we thought we’d get an A1 delivery & food experience. We were wrong. We thought it sounded weird, but they told us it would be a 40 minute wait? For 1 large pizza and a small chips? For $40 delivered, a high price for such a small amount of food driven 2kms down the road. When we got our pizza, there was basically no sauce on the dough, very little flavour and the bottom of the pizza was unpleasantly chewy. The chips is another story. Cold, unsalted and soggy. Like they’d been sitting under a warmer for 30 of the 40 minute wait. Appalling, never again. See less

Had a vegan burger there, it was tasty but unfortunately both my friend's burger and mine were cold. Patty could have been of better quality too. Chips were good. Service was great, food is affordable and we didn't have to wait long. See less
