Really, really disappointing meal. The rendang did not even remotely resemble a rendang and it was revolting. I really don't like giving negative feedback online but this was awful. I hope they can turn it around. See less

The Panda definitely makes some of the best Asian food on the south-side if not the whole of Canberra. Plus, their deliveries are always on time with hot food and friendly service. We'll definitely be ordering again and again. 👍 See less

Must have changed ownership or chef. We have ordered food from Panda for year's it has now turned into tastless mall type Chinese food. Don't take my word for it give it a go, you will be disappointed. I only hope I can find out were the old chef has gone. See less

I wouldn't recommend ordering food from here unless you want to be extremely disappointed and unimpressed. The food was so terrible, when replacement meals were offered I refused. This was by far the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. From the reviews I read I was expecting good quality and tasty food. What I got was nothing of the sort. The Beef and Black Bean had so much ginger in it, it was instantly sickening. The Chicken Sate was mainly water with no flavour. It was extremely water and had zero taste. The Sizzling Mongolian Lamb was NOT Mongolian lamb. The dish was so spicy I had two bites and I was done without even attempting to try anything else. DO NOT SPEND UR HARD EARNED CASH HERE!!!! This used to be one of the best take aways in Tuggeranong - but no longer. I dont know whether its changed ownership, but we will NEVER order from Panda again, the food is quite disgusting and seems to be prepared in the same "gloopy" tasteless sauce. Have been going to Panda since they first opened. In all those years Panda has consistently produced good quality food, reasonably priced & value for money. Panda take pride in the dishes they cook up which shows it's self in the flavour. Each dish is individual in that the flavour is slightly different every time you have it which tells me that they don't cook dishes to exact measurements in the sauces etc they use. I have been to numerous Chinese restaurants locally, in Chinatown in Sydney & Melbourne & always usually find that Panda cooks the dishes better. Not impressed, quality has gone down since we last came here a year or so ago. Meat in the dishes was dry like it had been precooked then reheated. Sauces were gravy-like consistency a bit gloopy. Service wasn't fabulous, was told 15 to 20 mins and waited 45mins. The noodle dish I ordered seemed to have been missed as all other dishes were ready sitting on bench. The lady fobbed it off saying noodles take longer to cook.... Hmmm... not 15mins! Not sure if they have different owners/cooks but quality is definitely low. Won't be back. See less

You can tell the fake reviews from their competitors. We've been ordering from Panda for many years and the food is always excellent, perfectly cooked and delivered within the timeframe they have given us over the phone. Sure, there can be long delivery times if you order right at peak meal time, but doesn't that tell you how popular this place is? See less

Quoted a one and a half hour wait, which we ended up accepting. Two hours later, nothing. So we called. They informed that our food was only just being started now and there would still be an extra 40 minute wait. Woman was extremely rude about it over the phone as well. Food came and was definitely not as freshly cooked as they made it seem it would be. Paid a lot of money, to have to cook food for my toddler anyway, and then for us eat the food just before going to bed and not being able to enjoy it, after waiting very hungry. Would not recommend for delivery l services. See less
