Really disappointed with our order tonight. Placed our order at 6:18pm. At 8.20pm I called to see if it was on the way. They said it would be on the way in 10mins. Another hour later it finally arrived。the order came to $71 - they don’t take card so I told them they’d need change for $100. The guy at the door only came with change for $80 - so self assumed a $9 tip. One of the pizzas had bbq sauce when tomato was specifically requested, the wings and ribs tasted very close to being off. As I said - very disappointing as Pappys came recommended by family. We try to support local but would rate dominos over them. See less

People have mentioned that it arrives later than expected. We never got ours, unfortunately after 2hrs we called and said they were just putting it in and we were quite disappointed so we said don't worry about it. I am sure they are great but our first experience was disappointing. See less

Ordered at 6:20 called back at 7:30 said 20 mins called back at 8:05 man on phone was unfased an blunt said it is 5 mins away its now 8:22 and we get at knock. Not good enough 😡😠 will never back See less

Very very disappointing. Called them at 5.45 got told 50mins wait which is fine then at 7:10 rang back got told it was on the way should be there any minute. The lady was rude once I told her politely where's our pizza waited another 15mins finally arrived warm. Not happy at all!! Especially when u have 2 small children waiting for tea not long before there bed time. Never again!!! See less

This place use to be a 5 star a few years ago no question, I’m not sure what happened but the food isn’t as good as it once was. The owner was lovely and the staff as well. Unfortunately I no longer order my steak with diane sauce which was to die for, I’m scared to order again incase it destroys my plesant memories of how good this place use to be. See less

waited 30 minutes for my order only to find out they haven't even started making it yet. 1hr later we got our pizza. NO apologies & i didn't even get offered a free garlic bread or drink for our 1hr wait. See less

Bring back the nice old delivery man :) Last nights pizza was great. Tonight's order was not so good. Ordered a yiros got an ab pack with mostly chips. Why would I pay this much for mostly chips :( It's not the owner.. The owner is a great cook and prides himself on his food. He needs better staff. The girl on the phone last night was rude.. The girl on the phone tonight was a flake. Delivery guy couldn't be bothered driving into my court so made me walk a half km to him after I paid delivery. What a stoner. See less
