To say I am upset is a understatment I have been going to this pizza bar for years but today will be the last. Orderd food and it was 2 hours to come and no one said it will be a while. 3 pizzas came but one missing. Then had to prove we were missing a pizza and when it came but wasn't even cut up. Cold pizza on arrival, lid half open when the driver delivered it. looked disgusting when I opened it, looked like it was cooked and put together by a 3 year old, never tasted anything so bad.18" pizza in the bin. Never again paradise or (pizzadied). . See less

You can get so many fries and beef bigger than a pot for 22$，quite nice. By the way，due to the epidemic, the restaurant's dine-in environment is not good. It is recommended to take it home to eat. See less

Strongly recommend Paradise Pizzeria. Best pizza place in the area. I’ve been coming to this pizza bar for over 13 years and always been given great customer service and good quality food. I’ve decided to leave a review after seeing a review from a customer. I think she has been in another pizza shop. I was there last night and everything checked. Staff wearing masks. Cooks wearing gloves. 3 x QR checkins. Polite customer service and a very friendly and welcoming environment. I also like their Christmas tree made out of pizza boxes. My kids loved it and we took some selfies. Keep up the good work paradise pizzeria. Absolutely appalling, we ordered two pastas and neither of them actually came with pasta - paid $52 for sauce ... Our drink which we also ordered and paid for didn't arrive at all. We called the shop to discuss what had gone wrong and all we got back from them was "I'll chat to my chef, we close at 10". Honestly, not good enough. Worst restaurant, if I could rate it 0 stars I would. See less

Tonight we ordered the Large Combo deal (traditional Chefs Special) at 5.37pm and it arrived 6pm to Newton. It was absolutely beautiful pizza and garlic bread. This is the second time we have ordered from them and loved the pizzas both times. It is our new fav pizza place so I rang and thanked them for a great meal. Highly recommend. See less

Ordered 3 schnitzels from here and they were all pink and unedible. Called to complain and the employee said 'yeah' and hung up. This use to be our regular go to place. They just reminded me why i stopped going. In response to his comment below I will post photos. Photos show 3 schnitzels ordered and a phone call made. Uber says delivered 6:18, phone call was made to them at 6:47 (we ordered food from another restaurant in between this time) See less

Bad experience...we are a pure vegetarian family..and ordered vegetarian pizza and got pizza with ham, salami and prawns.... handled in a good way on phone but got answer that I didn’t mention that I don’t want ham.... when I send photoes on WhatsApp good thing is that we got another pizza and a coke delivered... thanks for that See less

One of the best pizza and a schnitzel we had in a very long time. This is the third time we are eating from Paradise Pizzeria and very time they do better. Defiantly recommend it to all. Very polite staff and a quick delivery. Came nice and hot. See less
