So glad I discovered this place. They have an upstairs section with cushions, dim lighting and decor that provides comfort and relaxation whilst you dig into exceptionally delicious Thai cuisine. We ordered the roti, chicken satay skewers, rice, prawn spring rolls, red curry seafood, pad prik khing pla and chicken pad Thai. The roti and pad prik khing pla was the highlight. The broth of the curry was also very tasty! Highly recommend getting a few plates to share. The service was also exceptional. The gentleman serving our table was very attentive and did some great upselling. Perfect place for a chill date on the upstairs cushions or a dinner party with a few friends. They also have tables if you prefer. See less

LOVE LOVE LOVE Prahran Patee Thai. Been going here for close to 15 years now and its always awesome! Now I've only ever ordered the Grilled Marinated Chicken (because I can get Thai anywhere but you can't get their GMC anywhere else) and if I had to eat one meal for the rest of my life, GMC would be on the finals list, but have tried from others plates and everything always tastes great. Service is always good too. Cant recommend enough! See less

The Thai here is fantastic. Been going for many years and I think it has possibly become better in in the past 18 months with a few great tweaks to the menu. Chive dumplings and Bassa dishes are spectacular. But no matter what, ensure you get their prawn crackers. More home made style, delish satay sauce and moorish beyond belief. I was uhming and ahhing about posting this review as a lot of hospitality businesses are doing it tough at the moment. Decided to post this as 4 hours after having my dinner, I was still thinking about how lacklustre the meal was... The food was under-seasoned and bland. We paid for coconut rice but got normal white rice. It was probably one of the least tasty Thai meals I've had in Melbourne. See less
