My partner and I had dine in dinner around 8:30pm tonight. My partner got "Patty's Double with Chicken Bacon" in a small combo and not very hungry myself, I got a standard loaded chips with smokey mayo sauce. Both orders were very enjoyable. The service was well managed and the crew was limited but were all really lovely people. Overall, an awesome experience. Would definitely go back. See less

EDIT: decided to come again this morning. The burgers were great, the service was impeccable, Seth went above and beyond to make sure we were well served and happy with our choices. +1 star. Original: The burger is great, the chips are crispy crunchy and dry, onion rings are great... Once I got there to pick-up it wasn't ready (no worries)... so I was waiting and I saw the bloke behind the counter slamming everything that would pass on his hands... Burger in the box? Slam... Boxes in the bag? Slam, slam, slam... "you can grab your drink on your way out", and the one I ordered was not available in 2lt... So I got a 600ml instead and left, to avoid any more slamming... 😅 See less

Manager is so rude and did not care that they messed up my order n could of killed me. it was even on the recipet of what I asked not to be put on the burger and they told me to re order somthing else and there wasn’t anything they could do. 0/10 poor staff and poor communication when it came to asking for a refund. Don’t get the summer chicken burger. Tasted like chemical spice and left a foul aftertaste. Overpriced. Just get a burger from your local takeaway, bigger and better 👍 See less

Extremely disappointing. Our meal was delivered with the open top milkshake sitting sideways, so not only did half of it leak out, but that half had spilled into the other food. Everything got all soggy sitting in the drink. The only now-edible thing, the half a milkshake was pretty tasty though. Otherwise, it was a ruined dinner. See less

First time trying Pattysmiths. We had: * Pattysmith burger * Cheeseburger combo (burger, fries, drink) * Loaded fries Roughly costing around $58-60 My partner pre-ordered around 4:30, and delivery was super fast, arriving earlier than expected. Food was nicely packaged and no spillage, which made it easy to eat. I would’ve liked more seasoning in the patty and it was just a bit over cooked. Having said that, it was still delicious! For me, the portion was just right. I liked the pattysmith burger over the cheeseburger as it has a bit more crunch/balance from the added veggies, which helped cut through some of the grease from the burger. But the loaded fries was the star of the night for me, it was so crispy and tasted like it came straight out of the fryer. It was still hot when it arrived. A good cheese-bacon-fries ratio (though you may not see that in the picture), in my opinion. Not too greasy and a great side to share with others. I probably wouldn’t be able to have one by myself. So if you’re craving for a burger next time, give Pattysmiths a go. See less

It was me and my family's first time ordering here, we got delivery, and when the food ordered it smelt amazing, we ate, and the burgers were so yummy! Burgers good, very similar to Betty's Burgers. Service average, not rude but just slow and unprofessional, like people that had wandered in to a work place and started working without much training. The server didn't know if they had desserts or not and then read the on screen menu with me to work it out. The milkshake came out after I finished my burger. The vibe is just eat and run which is a shame as its in a nice setting by the water. When we visited there were a large number of drinks in boxes filling one side of the room which looked to be the permanent storage area. Weird ad burgers great so missed opportunity. Gripe with the milkshakes as well which just taste like fish and chip shop milkshakes, even though they are thicker. They lack the chocolate taste of a real American milkshake. If its all about burgers for you then give it a go, but don't take a date. See less

Excellent food. Delivered with good food temperature. I hope to see same results next time. We ordered Spicy Chicken burger and Plant based patty with cheddar with onion rings n fries. Onion rings 5 star for sure ***Though one major concern !!! The restaurant floor is very very slippery. You may just skate yourself to the car parking! See less
