The people who have to deal with answering the phone are lovely. Everything else, not so much. I had ordered via Menulog, and after 45 minutes of no food called Pattysmiths. They said the food had been sitting there ready for 15 minutes and nobody had come to collect-deliver it. Okay, not their fault, so I got onto Menulog and after to-ing and fro-ing for a while, and being told that a delivery driver had collected my order for delivery and nobody knows where they are it was arranged that I would go to them myself to collect a freshly cooked order. I wish I’d just asked for a refund. The food was all stone cold even though I was there within ten minutes of them saying they’d cook a fresh new order. The chips and onion rings are so encrusted with salt that they’re completely inedible. I threw all but a few bites away because it was truly horrible. Food was hot and fresh and looked beautiful. I really really wanted to like this place and I can honestly see why people love it, I just wasn't one of them. I had the Mac N cheese royal. Look it was tasty but my only issue I had here was the sauce mix, it just didn't work for me. Either go with ketchup & mustard or just go with the special sauce, far to much going on with all three on the burger. Don't get me wrong, I am a sauce head and usually get sauce on the side to pour over my burger, this was just a bit of a mess really. Chips, perfectly done. Will give it another crack forsure. Friendly service, hot fresh food, was just just let down with the burger overall. See less

Do not enter if you want to eat within an hour or get all that you actually ordered. The food was stone cold and it didn’t even arrive with the dipping sauce, gluten free bun. We ended up waiting an hour after the specified pick up order time. They did not bother to call the order aloud and so it ended up sitting there for ages and became cold See less

Was excited then really disapppointed by the quality of food. Could barely find the chicken in the heavily crumbed coating which is then deep fried in what tastes like super old oil. On a positive staff were friendly, paper packaging and the order came fast...probably too fast in hindsight. See less

i live in Sydney, have a high expectation of the reputation i found from google. bought on 2nd Jan 2022 9pm, reality of the cheeseburger is a super thin & super burn inedible patty. i just ate one bite and don't bother to complain because while waiting, there was a lady who complained her patty was inedible burn like mine. tried the fried chicken was ok, and the soft serve is on par with Ikea/costco. good brand, just failed on the product consistency of human resources. Pretty dissappointed with my order because I only got like a teaspoon of coldslaw (I got the spicy chicken burger). The photo looks like you get much more. Otherwise though, a pretty damn good burger. I understand it was a Friday night delivery order so it was pretty busy, but still, I would probably order at a time when you know they're not going to be too busy too avoid things like this. We have tried the mushroom burger sometime ago and didn't like, it was too oily. Today we decided to give this place another chance and tried the plant based patty, it was disappointing. It was cold, looked like they didn't heat the patty enough, cheese and bun were also cold (we ate in the restaurant, direct from the kitchen). Comparing with other burger joints, they have a lot to learn about plant based / vegan burgers. Chips were very nice. Staff was friendly See less

Kids loved it! We've been regulars since they have opened. My daughter loves their chicken drumettes and the son scoffs down the Cheese Burger. Really did wish they have Coke instead of Pepsi though. Oh, the chips are really good too. See less

Good feed. Got a pattysmiths double W/bacon, was actually quite decent but not something I'd go back specifically for. Chicken bacon just seemed like normal bacon. The onion rings were really good. Lastly had a caramel shake and it was average. See less

My god is the food amazing here! Its all halal too! The beef burgers are so good and the chicken is so good!! Everything is so fresh, and the the crew seem cheerful all the time. The music is so good at the store and owner takes time to go around to tables and ask how the food is. Definitely a go-to place! See less

Had dinner here and tried a variety of burgers and snacks. The quality of the food is not bad and prices are ok. My burger bun was slightly cold. The main issue was the restaurant floors were very greasy and slippery, a potential oh&s issue. The overall experience felt like a slightly upgraded fast food joint. See less
