Holy mother. Dont ruin your night by trying this place. Waited so long to get the wrong order and unable to find a number to call just went down to switch it over. Address wrong and is sign posted as Pesaro Pizza even though Menulog says Best Burger Bar. Eventually found the place and waited and waited, when I saw the guy LICK the paper liner for the burger box to tear it was the last straw. If I could give 0 stars I would. See less

Had ordered a pizza from here for a pickup. Customer service is pathetic. Had a bunch of 5-6 guys looking weirdly at every customer. Pizza was below average. Thought the new management will be better but it turned out to be the NEW MIS-MANAGEMENT. See less

Extremely dry and tasteless pizza. One of the worst I have eaten off-late. Had ordered a Chicken AB pizza, had no chicken or cheese and came with loads of BBQ sauce and chips. Custome service is also pathetic. See less

The worst irresponsible place Owner always on the phone very RUDE and ignore customers and deliveries, speak forign language and laughing, the order should be ready 10minutes ago, not ready yet and they say wait 10minutes more after that they look to your eyes very angry and say wait couples of more minutes Bring more staff and be professional and try to have better attitudes 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 See less

never seem to be open per their listed hours/days/times. Can't get thru on the phone, get a message, "message bank is full", no information left as to when they'll be open or what's going on... this is a regular thing with this shop. Have then rung Pizza Express up the road, they're loving it! getting all the extra business! 🍕 and great fast service! See less

Worker was browsing his phone, forgot to give me my whole order and got home only to discover that I’d paid for food he didn’t give me. Then the food I did get was low quality. So disappointing. And when I called they persistently didn’t answer the phone so I couldn’t even ask them to bring me the missing parts of my order. See less

Would give zero stars if possible...Ordered a simple spaghetti, salad and garlic bread through menulog. Order went through at 7:02pm. Tried calling them, because I have an allergy. Couldnt get through. Tried calling the number listed on google, still no luck. App said delivery by 8:05, I can understand a delay, its pasta. Hits quarter past 8, nothing. So I called menulog (only way I could get through), staff were upset at me when I spoke to them. Food finally arrived at 8:28pm... disappointing. Never ordering from here again. See less

I'm not especially difficult to please regarding pizza however I was quite disappointed with my first, and probably last, attempting to order pizza in this place. The quality I would say and value for money is very low and if you are desperate for a pizza you better go to whoolworth and buy a frozen one which will be not only almost identical but also cheaper. I was a regular customer for over a year. Pesaro pizza is my local pizza shop. To date, I haven't had a thing to complain about until tonight, as this is the first time I have ever ordered a pasta dish and now I have a different opinion of Pesaro. The pasta dishes I ordered are very oily and that has me confused as I was under the impression that pasta is boiled in water, it was not cooked properly, even the second time around as I called and informed them they forgot the sauce on both and they had not put the cream sauce with the pasta it was just a puddle of oil on the bottom of the containers. You would think the second time around you would actually put the effort in to cook a pasta properly, and have an appropriate amount of sauce to pasta instead of oil. Thank you. See less

Where do I start? I'm Italian so maybe my pizza standards are higher than others but this place is not good at all. I ordered a party size, half super supreme, half bbq meatlovers. I asked what kind of pepperoni they use, as a lot of pizza shops try to pass off Polish Sausage as pepperoni and the guy just said they have salami and pepperoni....umm ok. He asked which one I wanted on the pizza, I said pepperoni. What I received was what I had feared...Polish Sausage. Not cool man. Even Domino's use real pepperoni, so there's really no excuse for not using it. I don't know who made their dough but they clearly used the wrong flour because the crunchy parts tasted more like a biscuit than pizza. Anyway, save your money. Pizza is not their forte. See less

The garlic bread is dripping in butter so much so that bread is soggy and oily. The lasagna is bland,strange texture and burnt layers, could not eat. Pasta ordered in a cream sauce was a strange brown colour when opened and again, couldn't eat. Overall, very disappointed as menu reads well but we won't be returning and waisting money again.
