Busy & friendly staff. Unfortunately they added chilli to my Banh mi, despite me saying no chilli twice. The staff member was apologetic & offered to make me another. My partner really enjoyed his pho. See less

The pho here is good and always on point every time we went there. Very good and positive customer service experience every time. Dont listen to any of the bad reviews on here, nothing could please those miserable losers projecting their bad narccisitic vibes on customer service people. Just cheapskate adult toddlers trying to scam a free meal with no dignity or manners aka irrelevant opinions that shouldnt be taken seriously. Keep up the good work pho777! See less

Welcome with friendly service. Good choices of selections on the menu. We ended up ordering spring rolls, wagyu beef and brisket pho and grilled chicken rice. Spring roll is freshly fried so very hot and crispy. Soup on the pho was beautiful, complex depth and authentic. The different types of beef taste and texture is very unique and worth trying. Grilled chicken rice to me was a let down, pretty average and rice was dry. 5 stars for the attention to details, nice plating presentation and all the aromatic greens were fresh and delicious See less

My mum has been coming here for a while and highly recommended it. I finally visited with her today and I regret not coming here sooner. It is the nicest Vietnamese I’ve ever had- easily the best food in this area. I’ve never eaten such a delicious, soft and flavourful Banh Mi- I was so surprised by how delicious it was. As an additional plus, the staff are so nice!! Excellent service. See less

Everything I have tried so far (Soups and Vietnamese rolls) are always very fresh and taste absolutely amazing! You must try if you are in the Browns Plains area! Staff is super friendly and serving time has not been longer than 10 minutes! See less

Food is good and service is amazing! We accidentally spilt milk tea all over our car after we had just got it before even trying and struggled with cleaning. But the owner, she lent us a towel and even made a new milk tea for us! We were so touched by their service and food both! Def will come back at times!!! See less

My family and I had lunch here and we enjoyed every bite of our meals!!! We used to live in Vietnam so being able to find a restaurant that tastes authentic here in Australia is so exciting for us! This is my new favourite local place for lunch. It’s a family run business where they make the food fresh when you order. The pho is absolutely delicious - so much flavour - and such big portion sizes! One day I was waiting for someone to join me outside and the temperature was very high - the lovely lady serving came out to set me up with watermelon and cold water to keep me refreshed during the wait, which is a perfect example of how caring and friendly their service is always.
