Guy with the glasses taking orders couldn't understand this order "small wonton soup with egg noodle please" and had to call someone over to help him. I sat down and waited and waited and two Vietnamese men walked in and ordered soup which they got before me, almost straight away. My table was full of empty soup bowls and leftovers and empty plates and someone came and refilled all the cutlery and just left it sitting there. I went to ask if they had forgotten my order "oh no... I am making it now..." . My soup came but they didn't clear the table, so I asked them to clear it please, which they weren't too happy about, so in the end I changed tables. You sure know how to make a person feel unwelcome! The soup was good but the service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I usually go and do a fair bit of shopping in the Vietnamese super market next door, but will probably just give the whole thing a miss from now on. See less

$50 for two bun bowls a spring roll and ice coffee. Takeaway Waited 45 minutes for the bloody food as I’m writing this I still haven’t got it. and watched the boy with glasses run his hands through his hair and then touch food without washing hands or with gloves. They then gave me my ice coffee that was filled with ice and probably 20mls of coffee See less

The quality has gone down dramatically my last 3 visits, I've been coming here for the past 2+ years and always had a good experience. The pho noodles have been less fresh and recently the spring rolls were smaller and had more wrapping than filling, definately not value for money. We hope they improve their service, there are no more smiles. Thank you See less

Would’ve given minus star if I was able to. We ordered 3 dishes: pho combination beef noodles, spicy beef noodles and combination rice noodles. The Pho beef noodles and spicy beef noodles were salty but still edible. However, the soup came with the combination rice noodles was extremely salty to the point that I thought it was literally SEAWATER. The rice noodles were pretty hard to chew and not properly cooked so I asked the waitress to put it in microwave to make it a bit softer. When the waitress brought my bowl to the kitchen, the main cook (apparently also the owner) of the shop was yelling: it’s supposed to be that chewy, how can I make it softer!!!! ??? I’m 100% Vietnamese, born and raised in VN for so many years, been to hundreds Viet restaurants so please don’t teach me how a Vietnamese dish should taste like. The cook eventually still did something to make it softer, but turned out the rice noodles became just too soggy to eat. I feel like they did it in purpose! Definitely would never come back nor recommend it to anyone!!! See less

Guy at the front packing orders wearing the glasses was all snotty and wiped his boogie. Did not even wash his hands and continued on packing customers orders, touching cutlery, stationery, counter tops. A disappointing experience... ordered 4 dishes: combination pho, rice vermicelli, kwe teow and pad thai (extra spicy)...the first 3 dishes was ok... but been waiting for almost 40 minutes, the pad thai hasn't arrived yet 🤔 ... asked to the waiter and his response was "your noodle isn't spicy enough? 🤬😡... what a joke... had to explain that one of the dishes hasn"t arrived yet... after waiting for another 10 minutes, the dish came... instead of the ordered extra spicy pad thai, however, it's *hot and spicy noodle* ... and we can heard that the cooks were laughed full of happiness, had no problems in providing excellent customer services nor customer satisfaction. My husband and myself have been coming here at least once a week for the past 12 months. First few visits were fantastic, but it has gone down hill real fast. Slow service, getting simple orders wrong, food not tasting right, waiting for a takeaway while seeing all the uber eats orders go out the door (which were ordered AFTER me) all BEFORE I even got my food. 45 min wait for cold rolls .. what a joke. Tried to speak to them, but no one cares. As long as they have your money and you don't care, they don't care. Gave them way too many chances (as I love the flavours of the Peking Duck cold rolls - when they are made on time and correctly are divine) I was good once.... Not now .. Don't waste your time! If this was my dine-in only experience review it wouldve been no lower than a 4/5 but unfortuantly we ordered take away for the first time and we were very disappointed. We always order the Beef noodle soup with beef slices. Our order was ready within 5 minutes which was great! by the time we got home and opened everything up our soup was just warm, the beef was in a separate container completely RAW so due to the soup not being hot enough you could see how red and bloody the broth once we added the beef and it wasnt until we microwaved our meal every 5 minutes waiting for the beef to cook that it turned out to be just okay - considering there was no lemon, mint leaves or even bean sprouts with our order which is always offered with dine in which yiu pay the same price for!! So disappointed, was so put off having to microwave raw meat in with our bloody coloured broth to have it turn out all grainy and gross. 🤢 I shouldnt have to spend a half hour trying to cook my own meal when the meat could have just been cooked in store before hand like other restuarants do. Will not be ordering take away from here again, and honestly puts me off from dining in too seeing how low their standards are for their take away customers.. UPDATE: i did not eat this meal but my partner did and was feeling tummy sick all day.. DO NOT ORDER TAKEAWAY See less

Great lunch for a great price! Delicious fresh food (especially noodle dishes) in good portion sizes. Friendly and helpful service, ask for suggestions if unsure what to order, worked well each time I visited. Recommend the cane sugar drink, warning can be addictive! Unsure regarding take away food quality as preferred dining in. See less
