Great Vietnamese cuisine, reasonable prices. The pho is great with a big portion and fresh vegetables. The rice dishes were also nice, I would prefer a bit more vegetables though, they only give a single slice of tomato and cucumber. Friendly staff too. See less

If you are Asian and want to collect your own takeaway food here, definitely expect to be mistaken for being a Hungry Panda delivery person "because every Asian who picks up food there is from Hungry Panda" and be given no apology for being handed over the wrong order. Terrible service and takeaway experience. The counter lady very clearly could not care less about customers coming in and told me to go to the back to collect my order after I told her my order name. At the back, I wasn't even officially greeted by anyone, just got some occasional stares from the owner until she finally handed me a bag of food. The bag was clearly for a different order so I returned it to her, and I could see that the owner was instantly annoyed at that. She told me she thought I was a delivery person because "every Asian who comes is a Hungry Panda delivery person". She then touched me to direct me to the counter and told me "you need to wait at the counter, don't come here". I then collected the food at the counter and was given no apology whatsoever, either by the counter lady or the owner. Terrible, terrible experience. See less

Wonderful night out! Delicious food!! Lovely staff who accommodated to my coeliac disease. Very well educated on making things gluten free and avoiding cross contamination. As well as making things nut free for my allergies. Definitely will be making it my regular!! ✨ See less

One of the recommended places to get Pho in Canberra. This restaurant has been operating for a very long time, I think decades. Coming from a smaller premises down the road, the current restaurant has good capacity. I can only speak for the beef pho. It has its own distinct flavour. The meal is served consistently and the ingredients appear fresh. I also recommend the fruit shakes. See less

This restaurant was 10 out of 10. Our first visit we ordered spicy beef noodle soup, beef pho, quail and paw paw pork and prawn. It was delicious. The following day we came for lunch and ordered the same minus the quail but had soursop and orange fruit shake. What a blast. When we come to visit Canberra again this will be our go to place. Great friendly staff and fast service. Thanks for having us. See less

Sensational! I wish I had the money to be able to eat here every night even though the prices are very reasonable. Love the food & staff of this family run business. I really enjoy chatting to the owners when they have time which is not often unfortunately as you’d expect, they are busy working! I ordered the "Special Pho" which included 4 toppings of Beef Balls, Tripe, Rare Beef and Beef Flank, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend ordering the food, despite the price I paid of $17. This is DEFINITELY worth every penny. I will 100% come back again, as in my opinion, is the BEST pho in Canberra. See less

This is a Vietnamese treat in the Asian heart of Canberra. Try a pho with a rare beef, or a bun, with vegetable spring rolls and a choice crispy salad with a sweet sauce, nuoc nam. When you get the Vietnamese laksa, drizzle the fresh lemon tear the purple basil, and mint, sink the bean sprouts and then wait. This is a luxurious way to enjoy a viet meal. And if in doubt, speak with “Aunty” Sue about the best way to enjoy their food. One word: delicious. See less

Solid performer if you want a decent meal. Usually quite busy but they can often accommodate you with a table. The service is polite and efficient. Food is served so quickly it’s better than some fast food joints. Not easy to find a park outside but there is a large paid car park across the road. Prices are reasonable. Their takeaway service is equally quick and reliable, well packaged. Ignore the petty negative reviews, they just made me laugh 😂 See less

One of the best places for Viet food in Canberra. Fast service and tasty, authentic, and fresh food. The drinks are always delicious, especially the Viet iced coffee. The only thing I didn’t love was that the pork in the rice dish was fried rather than grilled. It was still good though. See less

Just good tasty food served quickly. Always go for the pork chop with broken rice. Kids get chicken wings with a side of rice. Avocado shake and Viet iced white coffee are tasty and refreshing. See less

Amazing food, friendly staff. Their pho had so much flavour and their extra large size lives up to the name. I highly recommend their beef pho, the Singapore noodles and the chicken curry with coconut cream and the seafood spring rolls, all amazing. Also had their banana fritter which was made fresh with a tasty light batter served with fresh cream and tasty ice cream. Top notch See less
