Been a while since my last visit. This time I did stir fried up rare beef. They gave lime instead of lemon which gave a big difference to the whole gastronomy! They cooked the bean sprout which is a excellent idea ! So good! Happy me happy day happy Sunday everyone ! See less

The soup was amazing for today’s weather, not sweet like all the other broth that are in Springvale, we were enjoying our pho, when there was a mishap, waiter was very apoplectic! Very good customer service with the waiter! We will be back, and we were happy to pay for our meal!! Good job to the waiter to alert the owner!! Amazing service, maybe that’s how the owners trained their staff, that’s what we need more good Serivce around springvale!! See less

Visited as a couple. We both had the same Pho and weren't a fan. I did like that they had a limited menu, which doesn't make it too hard to choose a dish. We frequently visit Springvale and decided to give Pho Thin a go - probably wouldn't be back anytime soon. Service was prompt and fine. Seems as though they've taken on board feedback from the last couple of months of complaints. Unfortunately, the flavour didn't leave us satisfied, and we were left to use the available condiments to add extra flavour. A little disappointed with the card surcharge. With recent COVID changes to cashless payments you would think they would absorb these fees. If dining here, just bring cash to avoid the disappointment. See less

They have a small menu but they certainly nail the flavours right. The pho is advertised as without MSG but yet the soup is very tasty. Would definitely go back and highly recommended. See less

Chicken pho $13 The pho broth is balanced, clear, light and not oily. It is not flavourful although this lack of stimulation is well compensated by the heat if you add the fresh chilli. The noodle is OK. Sprouts were pre-cooked. Basil is fresh. The chicken breast is bland but matches the soup. The Jasmine tea is fragrant. Overall it sit well on the average mark. See less

A visit to the renowned Pho Thin, Springvale (also in CBD) to try the Hanoi original, ”Stir-Fries Up” rare beef Phở, their signature dish. We also ordered some prawn spring rolls and they were possibly the best I’ve ever had and their Phở was definitely the best I’ve experienced, healthy, and no MSG. It was so flavoursome and didn’t need additional condiments to enhance the flavour. Delicious! See less

Have been here twice,both time are satisfying. The first time was when they just open, there were no lid for the sauce cup which I had a bit concerning about. Then today went again and it is improved. I just like the other red hot sauce better than the orange looking watery one they have, its just a personal thing. Food is nice, they do serve spouts and herbs, and spouts are lightly fried. See less

Me and my wife stumbled across this place while walking to yumcha. Fair to say, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed! The broth is super clean and very aromatic. Even the damn tea is amazing! Definitely coming back! Highly recommend. See less

Zero star if available First time to write comment, only for the most terrible pho I have had in Mel. Terrible experience, Terrible service, first time to see pho without herbs or bean sprouts, are they waiting customers to begging waiters for some? To be honest, not worth to have a try, extremely not recommend, better to walk pass and ignore it Surcharges with card payment in Nowadays, third decade of 21th century!
