Pretty disappointing high tea experience, especially for the premium price tag. The scones were like rock cakes and the table service completely hopeless. We had to inform the wait staff of dietary requirements 3 times despite noting it on the booking, and even then the food that came wasn't right. Waited over 20 mins for a cup of tea (which arrived in a teapot with no lid, after the wait staff told me I might be able to have a pot of tea "if they could find a teapot") - my friend waited even longer for her champagne top up. Absolutely outrageous prices for the food and service that was delivered. We were sat without a drinks list and offered sparkling water in the same bottle as still only to find out we’d be charged for it later. Fine. But the glasses stayed emptied for most of our meal. I’m still thirsty. The calamari was something that you’d get at a banquet wedding, cold and the plate mostly made up of cabbage. The special entree was literally a blob of cheese. The veggie main option was roast pumpkin with what felt like a kilo of lentils. Two of those cost $98, which has to win the award for most marked up food cost on the plant. The most attractive menu item was a flank steak that cost an additional $10 for some unknown reason. $57 for one flank steak that was The wine and beer was expensive, but I guess you can expect it. Probably shouldn’t take your kids here for their $25 frozen patty cheeseburger. The positive reviews on here can only be from people who have never been to a real restaurant, and likely not even a decent country pub. See less

I wanted to update everyone on a previous post I made which giving Pialligo Estate 1 star for Mother’s Day lunch. They contacted me and arrange for complimentary dinner for my wife and daughter. It was amazing great food and great service we will be going back and recommending. A company that realises its mistakes and then takes action to correct them is how they grow and get better, can’t get everything perfect all of the time. Thank you Pialligo for a wonderful dinner we will be back! See less

We had the most amazing experience at Pialligo Estate. The atmosphere, food and service were all 5 star. All dishes were made with the best fresh produce and tasted delicious. A special mention to our waiter Anthony who ensured we were looked after. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend. See less

Absolutely 10/10 dining experience. The food is sensational. We had the three courses for $69 - great value. For entrees, we had the heirloom tomatoes with black garlic; and prawns with seaweed butter. For main we had lamb for two (melt in your mouth), and for dessert we had the burnt caramel baked chocolate and the meringue and stewed plums. Everything was a 10/10. Service was fantastic as well. The room has a lovely ambience. Recommend!!! See less

Very beautiful place. You can choose 2 or 3 course (55/65$). And we can enjoy wine from this vineyard (my favorite was Riesling and Pinot Gris). See less

What a hidden gem in this lovely city of ours. Such a stunning evening with dinner held in the Glasshouse. Champagne, wine and the most deliciously fresh and mouth watering food. Definatly a wonderful experience. See less
