Clinton and the Pineapple Jam team have worked a number of our events and we always receive rave reviews about their classes! Our team were lucky enough to participate in one of Clinton's classes during the COVID lockdown and I can honestly say it was a fantastic virtual event which really boosted team morale! His knowledge and energy was second to none capped off with a personal tour of his bar and studio. Cocktails were easy to make and delicious (with mixers made in house) Highly recommend Pineapple Jam for corporate or social events! See less

What an amazing experience. As you walk into the venue, it sets the scene for a fun night with Clinton, the host with the most. He has a great personality and makes the overall experience of making cocktails so much more enjoyable. This, coupled with incredible canapes from Thomas Damm from Damm Good Catering, made it an experience to remember. We did this as a team activity and would highly recommend it. See less

Highly recommend! Went above and beyond to give me the best 30th party. Their cocktail recipes were delicious and they can custom make anything you order. set up well before the party arrived, left the place spotless. Clint from Pineapple Jam was the cocktail barman for our wedding, and we could not be happier with the service he provided. From the moment I contacted him, his prompt and helpful replies and his professionalism made it clear we had made the right choice :) As our wedding had been scheduled during the pandemic, resulting in us changing venues, Clint was flexible and more than happy to be accommodating to these changes making the process so much easier for us. Now the day of the wedding - WOW. Clint set up the bar with his amazing garnishes, decorations and glassware and impressed all of us with his absolutely delicious cocktails. He even threw in a few surprise combinations which we loved. We received many compliments not only for the drinks but also Clint's personality. I would highly recommend hiring him for any upcoming event - he made our wedding day so memorable and fun. See less

Clint was amazing at our friend's party. He and his team set up nice and early, kept everything clean and most importantly - kept the delicious drinks flowing!!! Awesome cocktail masterclass!! Every little detail was thought of by the team at Pineapple Jam, from the ingredients of the cocktails, to the bar tools - all high quality and incredibly delicious, do try the home-made pineapple jam made by Sophie!
