Absolute liars, my Uber eats order took 1.5 hours to come and not the fault of Uber. My Uber driver was waiting for my order for ages, when I called and asked about my order - the man on the phone would not even give me a chance to speak and said that there is no driver and he doesn’t even know what I’m talking about. I spoke to the driver who said the restaurants told him it’ll take another 5 minutes. I called the restaurant back and explained this, spoke to the same man who didn’t even give me a chance to speak and said I don’t know what you want me to do I don’t know what he’s on about, but then suddenly the driver appeared? I have worked at a pizza shop before and strongly believe that they had forgotten about the order which I would’ve understood. Next time be honestly with your FIRST TIME customers, I wouldn’t have cared. The man made me out to be crazy and did not even apologise, just tried to blame it on Uber which my Uber drivers location was in the restaurant for 20 mins and stayed the same when he picked up the order. Bunch of liars and disgusting food too. Only reason why I ordered is because my go-to pizza shop is closed for holidays. Never again. See less
