UPDATE- Still haven’t received refund have has to go through the bank Placed a order on their website this evening and after placing the order I received a call from the store saying that they could not supply part of my order due to not enough staff which is understandable during these times but update it on your website and other online ordering methods. The staff member offered a replacement item which i was not interested in so I let the staff member know to just refund the item, the staff member then proceeded to ask me how he is meant to process the refund. The delivery time came and went as it’s a Sunday evening I gave them a little extra time incase they were busy after 1 hour i called and the same staff member i spoke to earlier had informed me that he had cancelled the order as I requested a refund for a item that they couldn’t supply he though this meant to cancel the order completely. Very disappointing with the service and professionalism of this business and would highly benefit from some better training and management. See less

Burnt chicken tenders. I told the worker it’s burnt and he kept saying it wasn’t. Clearly in the images it’s burnt. Don’t recommend this place at all! See less

Made a order for pasta and pizza got a phone call 10 mins later saying they couldn’t do the pasta because they where understaffed I said that’s fine just the pizza waited 90 mins gave them a call as they said it would be 60 mins to find out they had canceled the hole order. Incompetent time wasters. See less

Bloody good pizza. Great amount of toppings. Not oily. Arrived in good time. Had pizza from here twice now and have been great both times. Much better than corporate chain pizza. Maybe costs a couple of dollars more but better value. Keep up the great pizza. Edit 2021....been getting pizza here for a couple of years now. Service, speed and quality has not dropped See less

Had 2 large pizza's tonight( one chicken and one Delhi bites). Both of them were disgusting, couldn't eat them. Just ruined my Friday night with hopeless service and food. Pizza base was very thick and toppings were very less and full of pickles. Didn't expect such a bad pizza. Would never eat from this place again. Rang to give the feedback and got a response " I DONT CARE". I mean how such rude people can run the business. I wish I could rate them negative. See less

Ordered Delhi bites pizza in a lockdown. After I picked it up, I found it had no paneer and was over spicy. Called them back and they said they will fix it up and wanted the pizza back. They cooked us another pizza and kept the old pizza in a lockdown. Anyway we regret it coz it had paneer but still over spicy and crust was soggy with extra cheese. It didn't taste as it was used to be. To add more, we ordered a spaghetti Bolognese was very less quantity in the container of $15.90. very disappointed with the food and service. See less

I placed order through Uber eats, Uber driver delivered pizza wrong way and order got spoiled. I lodged a complaint and pizza store owner called me and apologies even there was none of their mistake . He gave me voucher to get my order for free . Overcooked, dry bases raw, unfortunately not enjoyable still looking for a good Cranbourne pizza joint. Since Mark stopped working at billisimos and delish, they are not the same either. Hard to find someone who used fresh ingredients which makes a good pizza. See less

Got 3 large pizza tonight. All were over cooked and dry. The base thickness was half what it used to be. We had to buy more pizza from another place because they were uneatable. You used to be our favourite pizza place. You sure have gone down hill big time. Beyond disappointed. See less

Terrible customer service, had to repeat myself multiple times to the person taking the order which always seems to be the case. Placed the order early at 4.30pm for delivery (5pm delivery start) It didn't arrive until 5.50pm and it was warm/cold, not the first time they have disappointed on all levels. See less

Extremely unprofessional store manager & employees. Person taking phone orders needed everything repeated 5+ times. Order of 1 pizza and a side took over 5 minutes to write down. Was told the driver would bring an Eftpos pinpad / waver. Pizza was 1 hour late and cold. Driver stood at the door for over 30 minutes saying he forgot the Eftpos and demanded payment in cash which we did not have. Refused to go collect the Eftpos. While the driver waited outside the store manager called and said the person on the phone never said there would be an Eftpos pinpad/waver as they do not own one and that we were lying. 0/10 would not recommend this shop. This pizza was excellent and fast delivery, the pizza was satisfying and delicious. They delivered close to shutting time which was most appreciative and the shop gave me a free pizza because I was British. This is now our go to pizza joint! Thanks guys! See less
