Pizza base or the crust is nice and crispy! We ordered the pizza with the potato and rosemary, it was a bit salty and not sure if we could notice the rosemary. As well as the Margherita, it was a bit light on toppings but I suppose that's how it was meant to be. The store has seats outside if you want to eat there, as currently the seats inside are off bounds. A bit expensive, might try different toppings if in the area. See less

They do authentic woodfired pizzas here and they are amazing. This Ortolana Pizza ranks as highly as those I've had in Via Napoli, if not better. They have a strong presence at the Verity Lane markets too so worth checking them out there. Regards @fooderarri See less

Might have been having an off night based on the other ratings but the pizza was really disappointing. It was seriously wet and soggy and the ham tasted like it was almost off or, at the very least, far from fresh. Was recommended by multiple people so I am hoping this was a one off, but probably won’t be going back. See less

Appalling and rude behaviour on the phone when I tried to order for a pick up. The man with a heavy accent didn't let me finish my order and hung up on me when I asked for his suggestion about the Pizza. Mate, you guys are local to us and showing such arrogance, not cool. Never ever going to this one again. Such a pity. See less

Good pizza, I tend to prefer a bit more meat and ingredients on my pizza but the quality of these is great and I'm enjoying the 'less is more' aesthetic of this style of pizza nonetheless. See less

Last night we ordered takeaway to be picked up in our bid to support small local businesses during the current lockdown. Although the food was nice, however was not what we expected. We ordered 2 pastas and 2 pizzas. When ordering we were told that pasta wasn't included and that we had to buy it separately. When we picked up our order we received our pizza's with packet sauce and uncooked pasta to cook at home (we had anticipated the pasta's to be cooked). After looking through the website to see if we had missed this detail, we found that the website didn't clearly explain this. If we had of known the pasta dishes would be provided this way, we would've chosen somewhere else or made pasta from home. I think it would be helpful if this had been more clearly outlined on the website or by phone. Otherwise, enjoyed the pizza's and flavours of the pasta. See less

We went to Pizza Artigiana with friends who also have kids on a Saturday night and had a wonderful meal and experience. The pizza was delicious, coming from a wood fired oven and the whole place had a nice clean, unpretentious and friendly vibe. Our host was wonderful: unobtrusive conversation, good advice on the food, free samples of drinks and card tricks for the kids. I was really impressed with the whole experience and heartily recommend this place to anyone who likes good pizza and appreciates good service. A Belconnen gem. See less

One of the best pizzas I've ever had, perfectly cooked delicious doughs and the toppings are so flavourful and interesting. Although the dough was too salty on 3 occasions. Simple combinations of toppings that produce amazing depth of flavour. When the pizza is good even as cold take away, you know it's superb! See less

Some of the best pizzas north side of Canberra. Ordered 3 different to share as dine-in and they were all excellent. Thin and crusty base, lightly smoked with fresh garnish. Accompanied with San Pellegrino and Peroni. Friendly service, waiting time was under 30 minutes on a rather busy evening. Highly recommended. See less
