I always like the pizza. I am a vegetarian but today there was non veg chunks in the pizza. I understand that it is by mistake. But would appreciate if you guys can take extra precautions for keeping veg and non veg separate. I do want to keep ordering from pizza kapers, but it's a clear no if it happens again. Customer service is rubbish, Doesn't accept cash which is Australian legal tender, Was told my order would take about 10 mins, actually too 45 mins, Do not recommend, 1 star rating i generous, deserves zero stars or even shut down/redacted ownership. See less

Basic Large Pepperoni Pizza served lukewarm and not much in the way of toppings ... could not see any pepperoni ... Dominoes across the road is way better for half the price! See less

I placed the order at 12.35 via Deliveroo, I received it at 2.15pm. I received a call asking me to go downstairs when the driver was a completely different building and then receive my pizzas mangled - I have photos. See less

Never a bad experience with Pizza Capers! They’ve been our go-to pizza place since we moved to the area and are always so personable, efficient and careful with our food. Props to the staff for working on a public holiday too!! Thank you :) See less

So as many months passed, we decided to give them another go. It's like de ja vu! It's been almost 2 hours and still no pizza!! When I called I get young kids that have no idea except to leave me holding the phone and the manager refused to come to the phone. The pizza is good but the service is appalling. Twice I've ordered and it's been more than 25 mins late. When I call to enquire I got told it's 5 mins away, only to have to wait another 15 mins. If they were honest about the lateness and gave me the real ETA I'd give 4 stars but being misled is very disappointing. In the end, the Manager promised me a refund, which I am yet to receive. The pizza ended up arriving 2 hours after I ordered it, which was 90mins past the promised delivery time. I was told each of the three times I called that the delivery was 5 mins away. We won't be coming back for a while, hopefully they can sort out whatever the chaos is that is creating such a disappointing customer experience because like I said, we do like the pizza. See less

I would have taken a photo but we ate it all!!! We drove from Newcastle on a road trip and stayed at Sutton overnight. We were exhausted and ordered Pizza Capers. They delivered to the caravan park we were staying at. You can track your order and the food arrived hot. I don’t like pizza so I can only share that my husband said it was the best pizza he’s had in a very long time. I had the smokey bbq chicken wings and the rocket & parmasan salad. It didn’t disappoint - handy hint though - pack extra napkins! You’ll need them!! 😋 See less

Just got the Peri Peri pizza. Only 4-5 cashew nuts inside. Super salty as well. Been ordering this same pizza for last one year. Never it tested so bad or these much less ingredients! I hope this review help them to improve See less

Usually I don’t have a problem with capers but I Ordered two pizza, they looked average though wasn’t a fan of the silly mistakes, one pizza was not even cut and the filling slid right off. See less

I ordered from here recently. First, I had to wait for over 90 minutes (after being advised that it would be delivered in 45) since submitting my order for delivery. Secondly, it arrived cold and I had to reheat it in the oven. Thirdly I ordered a southern chicken and bacon pizza. When I finally got to eat, I discovered that there was no blue cheese as specified on the product description and garlic was additionally added in to my pizza. No where was it stated that the pizza contained garlic. I am throughly disappointed with the service I received, especially when I have ordered here before and it has been great. See less

Ordered a meal deal with Reef and Beef pizza, a side of seasoned fries and apple pie poppers. Yummy. Would thoroughly recommend. Chose the same pizza I ordered a year ago to celebrate moving into my home and welcome to Canberra. I think this will be an annual event but I won’t be able to wait a whole year before the next order. See less

Best pizza chain in Australia. Pizzas are amazing quality made quickly using fresh ingredients. A little pricey unless bought in a deal, discount code and/or using free pizza voucher. ... but worth it. Staff are friendly and have great customer care skills. Karaage Chicken pizza is definitely my favourite. The new app is fantastic also. User friendly it makes changes to the pizza simple and easy. Check out the Facebook pages to win free pizza. I have already personally been lucky enough to win a few myself. 110% recommended you give them a go. See less
