Great Pizza, we usually go to Dominos but decided to retry Pizza Hut and the Pizza was great. Only issue was collecting the Pizza there were no front counter staff (everyone out the back making pizza), but given this was during ACT COVID Restrictions etc that may not be typical. See less

Takes about an hour to make your pizza and they keep telling you it’s 5 mins away or “it’s being cut” in 5 mins intervals… for over 30 mins See less

Was surprised that i had to pay surcharge of 4 dollars for a special deal. There is no notification of this surcharge in the store. The cashier could not justify why the surcharge. See less

I put in an order, my money was taken from my account, I got to the store, and they said they couldn't make my order because the system says I've not paid. I showed them the debit notification, I was told to call a number, which I did. I was assured I will get a refund within 5 business days, I'm still waiting on a refund. Stay away from these people, they have no clue what there are doing and will steal you money just like they did mine. Never had such issues with dominos, crust or any other fast good restaurant. Dominos all the way! Dominos service is goodness! Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Guy was rude and they have no staff uniform....There sign out the front saying $5 and $7 pizzas (we read the fine print to make sure we didn't miss anything) go in an order a $5 pepperoni pizza and he says "uh...what $5 pizza..?", point to the sign that says "$5 pizza" That aside, a while ago my daughter tried to get a job here too and said the manager was rude during the interview. I think it's a "family" busines cause he seemed pretty racist towards her (if you get my drift). All round sh*t place. See less

I ordered four pizzas and instead of a vegetarian pizza I got a ham one. I tried called for over an hour before I finally got through and was offered a refund on that one pizza. I'm sure they think this is acceptable compensation but given that I am hungry and had no dinner and had to waste an hour of my time because they don't answer their phones I think I should have been offered more. I won't be ordering from here again. See less

I ordered $ 24.80 value pizza (that include 2 pizza and 2 sides ).also I added 1 serve jalapeno bites. I paid altogether $31.80. When I go to pick up pizza they gave me only one side. When I asked them to give me 2nd side they told me if you wanna 2nd side u have to pay extra. They charged full amount but they didn't gave me full deal pizza. See less

I ordered a pizza. When I returned to pick it up, an employee asked whether he could help me. When I said that I'm waiting on a pizza, he just walked off. So I waited. There were a total of five staff in the shop. Eight minutes later, the guy I ordered the pizza from gave me the pizza which was in the holding bay next to the fridge where I was standing for eight minutes. Why didn't the other employees give me the pizza when it was ready eight minutes ago? I was the ONLY customer in store. When the guy came back whom I ordered the pizza from, his excuse was that an alarm had gone off or something like that. Who cares about an alarm! Why didn't the four other guys give me the pizza? The quality of the pizza was poor. See less

Received pizza 90 minutes after ordering online, and I had to reheat it because it arrived cold. The driver did not bring change and his excuse was "the float went missing at the store". Some of the ingredients I payed extra for were simply not on the pizza but I did get ingredients asked not to have on it. They have officially lost a long time customer. See less
