Appalling service. After waiting an hour for my pizza to be made and delivered, its still not arrived. Its now 20minutes late. I callee to follow up and all they could do is offer an apology! No compensation or offer for the inconvenience. Disgusting! See less

Okay so they closed at the start of covid I think and before that I honestly admit they were worse than dominos but after re-opening I dont know what happened but they're pepperoni pizza is really good now. See less

Ordered 2 large pizzas pickup. Chicken supreme was good. Adequate toppings and cooked fine. All good. BBQ Meat lovers was rubbish. I don't think i have ever seen so few toppings on a pizza before. Literally some slices had 1 ground of beef and 1 pepperoni some slices sauce stopped well over an inch from the edge. A 5 yr old could make a better pizza, which probably sums up the care factor from this pizza hut store. This was our second order from here and the prior one was a basket case of delays and very slow customer service when we try to get it sorted. We get pizza regularly but won't be giving out $ to this lot again. See less

Manager Jimit is terrible with customers and did not have one of his drivers follow covid law with food, Our food had been dropped off to the wrong address and then the driver tried to bring us the same food. Have contacted head office and made a complaint to fair trading See less

The shop just reopened with new management. Very good customer service no problem picked up from back as it was much easier parking. Pizza are also very well made deep soft crunchy base with good amount of topping. Highly recommended, please keep up the good works! See less
