Ordered 3 pizza and sides. All of 3 pizza turned up burnt plus found some burnt fibre thing in garlic bread box. In past they missed the garlic bread in home delivery. Called the store many times but busy lines. Not sure why they charge public holidays sur charge when there's no service. See less

Ordered on line. Message said it didn't go through and to ring them. 35 minutes later I managed to get the kippax number and called placed the order, only to be ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD AND DETAILS so now I've paid twice without realising that this is what happened. Another call to Pizza Hut to advise of this and was told that they will leave a message with them and they will get back to me. Nothing happened for 3 hours so I called in this afternoon to speak to the manager, but he wasn't there. Asked person to ask him to call me ASAP and I'm still waiting. Ordered 2 pizzas that never arrived, attempted to ring the store only to be ignored and hung up on...drove to the kippax store only to find the store closed half hour early and staff still at store.....NEVER DO PIZZA HIT AGAIN See less

It's a shame they removed the pizza + 1L drink deal a few years ago. From their pizzas, I think chicken supreme in thin crust is nice. Something about regular crust in every pizza chain doesn't seem the so good since many years ago due to unknown reason. Shame they are also limited characters in extra note for delivery person.. Edit : so after your reply you're still not offering a refund ? You essentially robbed me of $40. I don't understand your concept of customer service ? You guys agreed to deliver to an address, couldn't do so ,couldn't call so go back with food and charge full amount. I've sent endless messages to get a refund. I received no call or anything that you guys couldn't find the address yet I'm charged the full amount. I just want my refund! I ordered 3 pizzas and 12 wings to be delivered but they never came. My address can be kinda confusing so I usually ask them to call but they never did. I was charged anyway. I've emailed you guys multiple times and even went to your contact us page multiple times in order to get a refund but no one has ever gotten back to me. Will no longer order from you guys until I've received a receive a refund. See less

whenever you buy your pizza ask for gagandeep and he will give the best service and he is very tall, handsome, buff man. would return also please pick up the phone very bad service would never go back . thank you staff for the delicious pizza only 2 hours late every time would return cya next time never coming in again terrible service. Order at 8:59pm Saturday night. Email says Delivery 9:39pm. Tried calling store at 10pm. Automated message plays saying the delivery time is 9:39pm. I hold the line and music plays then another message comes on saying "the stores lines are busy, or they did not answer". The store closes in 50 minutes. *knock on the door* an apologetic woman delivers my food and gives me a free 1.25L bottle coke for the wait. Overall not too bad See less

Never order ONLINE for pick up with this pizza hut branch. Online deals will say the total amount to be paid in-store upon pick up but when you pick it up, they will charge you more on top. I asked how come it’s different from my receipt online and the young guy working on the till today (17th August 5:45pm) just scratched his head and said “yeah, sometimes it’s different pricing from online and instore” so i then told him “but it shouldn’t be like that as it’s false advertising and that’s illegal”. Then he just said “ah yeah i know” and still gave me the higher price instore even after showing my receipt online. I’m not to argue anymore so i just told him i’ll never come back to their branch as that’s just ripping customers off. First and last order from them great experience cheers! I have pictures to prove both different pricing of my receipts it’s not much but that’s just wrong. See less

Pizza Hut runs a two for one Tuesdays deal which is great for a cheap and easy dinner. Going into the store, there was a lack of atmosphere, no one out front and no customers in the waiting area, but staff would come out to check on you in a timely manner. What would help though is if there was a television or some other form of entertainment to liven the atmosphere. Nevertheless, the pizza was cooked well and tasted delicious as ever - would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a convenient and fulfilling takeaway dinner. See less

Love ordering through the menulog app. With a minimum order of $19 (and only a couple $ to deliver) and great meal deals starting at $8 (pizza and a drink) it's a quick and easy way to order for a treat for my kids. The giant cookie dessert is so incredibly delicious and addictive. I crave it all the time. Crispy on the outside with soft, gooey chocolate on the inside. YUM. The pizzas here have a sufficient amount of toppings and, in my opinion, are way better than Domino's See less
