Ordered a large pizza told easy feed two people . When got home and opened box it was no bigger then a average size dinner plate . And tasted very average no real flavour. Cost $25 I was so disgusted no way it would feed one properly.. I called them to complain the lady just kept saying same time . Pizza Hut policy.. didn’t really care. Bad service,ordered and 1 hour later called to ask where order was, and told would be another 30 mins. 1 and a half hours for 3 pizza's,I don't think so, cancelled order,will not go here again. See less

We normally buy from Dominos (which isn't the greatest pizza in the world) and recently moved near this Pizza Hut and as we hadn't had a Pizza Hut pizza for years we thought we'd try them. Never again. Over an hour wait for delivery of of two soggy pizzas in soggy boxes and warm a Coke. Apparently the usual driver didn't want to do it anymore so someone else had to deliver our meal. Its no wonder Pizza Hut has fallen so far behind Dominos. We won't be back. Where to go now? See less

Have ordered from this store on many occasions. The order is always correct, the order always arrives promptly & is fresh & warm. Even on busy nights when you might think it won't be warm, it's still super fresh. The pizza is always delicious, some nights moreso than others. This is a very good store for its takeaway option, I haven't ever eaten there if that option is available but their takeaway option is prompt, fresh & yum as I am honestly surprised by the low star reviews, they make no sense to me at all. For over a year now I have ordered almost weekly at times & I haven't ever had a problem. One time they forgot my drink & they dropped it off later & I was fine with that. 10/10 pizza shop See less

Got 24 buffalo wings, there must have been a shortage of sauce cause half of my wings had none on them, also got a coke zero, it was room temperature, cheers, I can't even drink it tonight. See less

If I could score lower I would! Ordered 11 pizzas at 8.30pm, order was supposed to take 85 minutes it is now 10 32pm and no delivery. Rang twice and first time told it would be half an hour. Rang again at 10.14pm and was told it would be 10 to 12 minutes. Now 10.34 no delivery!!! Have 26 19 year olds waiting to eat. Will never order from here again 🤬🤬🤬🤬 See less

Manager ring police to kick me out of the shop which I did nothing wrong Formal complaint lodged to HQ if not solved in 14 days will public the things and lodge complain to ACCC and CBS Updates: no one call me back 3 months later Here’s what happened: their promotion giveaway free pizzas and I try to redeem 3 of them at the same time Pizza Hut plympton manager rejected and said only one per day I did read the promotion conditions and ring pizza hut customer service hotline on site and got the answer is yes I am able to redeem as much as I can Try to show her the condition and let her talk to the customer service hotline and she’s not willing to talk to me or the hotline then run back to kitchen and ring cops to kick me out straight away I will lodge the complaint to CBS and ACCC Faulty advertising Good Luck See less

Already too many negative reviews not sure if management try to solve customer complaints. I’m UberEats driver, went here to pickup the order. Customer ordered x type of pasta which they were running out of. Women staff wanted me to call the customer if they were happy with y type of pasta. I told staff calmly that it’s the restaurant job and they need to call customer or modify or not to pickup the order. She said, you have to call and ask otherwise cancel the delivery.Also, said other driver will come here and they will call the customer and pick up. Behaviour was not nice and too much attitude even when they are wrong. Management should learn and teach their staff about how Uber platform works. See less

One of the worst pizza store. I had no plans of leaving this review but only did it after the same sort of service was provided over period of times. Did raised this issue with PIZZA HUT HEAD OFFICE But they even didn’t cared about responding back. Today again we had four pizza ordered and all of them were burnt, hairs found in the pizza’s. Tried to order a pizza to be delivered, the girl taking the call did recognise my landline phone number and I had to yell and spell every word of my conversation. Then the phone went dead before I had ordered. Tried ringing back but the phone was always busy. When finally connected was told there was an 80 min wait. Rang Dominos, order OK, pizza delivered in 25 mins. Will NEVER order at Pizza Hut Plympton again! See less
