Can't rate it as the food never showed up. Placed an order at 6.40pm, kept getting an update extending the time to delivery by 10 minutes, again and again. Then at 7.55, over an hour after placing the order, get a message saying it can't be delivered and the order was cancelled. This was under Enjoy Pasta and Parma at the same address. Thanks for nothing.. See less

We ordered a large pizza and also a chicken schnitzel with chips and mushroom gravy. We were told it would be delivered by 7pm, it didn't show up until 7:35pm, after I had called the shop twice. The pizza was cold, there was a very small amount of chips and the much room gravy was bland tasting and just a blob of past on top of the chicken. I am extremely disappointed. See less

After having to wait half an hour (which I don't mind if they are busy), I received a pizza that was not nice at all. Firstly, I don't appreciate my order not being placed properly. I specifically asked for a meatlovers with no BBQ sauce and replaced with tomato sauce on the base and over the top. I got a nod from the girl which I thought yep she got that. Not only was there no tomato sauce over the top, the base was BBQ sauce.. not to mention that the pizza was quite dry and flavourless :( I think there's enough pizza places around the area that can have my business instead!! Disgusted. Food was an hour late. Delivery driver left after the expected wait time which was already an hour. Ribs are 99% bone and a little bit of fat. Forgot my salad that i paid for. Noticed literally a minute or two after the delivery driver left my house, called the store and they said theyd contact the driver. Never heard anything. Never recieved any salad. Tried to call back to follow up whats going on, and theyd closed. Would a retail store just close on someone and leave them hanging? No. Shame on you guys. Its only a tuesday night. Ill be calling tomorrow for a refund and i will never bother to spend a cent here. See less

Used to have consistently good pizza, HOWEVER, huge turn off to arrive and see the staff sitting at the entrance smoking. AND I certainly don't appreciate being called "mate". Staff too busy talking and messing around to take orders correctly. Giving a big miss from hereon. See less
