False product advertising! Ordered cheesecakes from this business via Uber Eats app and they send a completely different inferior product which is nothing like the photo, they have showing on the menu. Photo is of really nice looking baked cheesecakes (see screenshots) and instead they send that disgusting refrigerator type deli cup Swiss Cheesecake brand muck!. Thank goodness Uber gave me a refund! Because that junk went into the bin outside. By the way, not only was it a different product but they were also still FROZEN!!
So angry and disappointed with this business. What a waste of time and money. The baklava was very soggy too. See the photos of what the
products they’re supposed to be selling and what they actually sold & sent to me.

Yesterday 22nd July 2021. Received a response from the Pizza Patrol manager via Uber Eats accusing me of lying regarding my order issues and complaint to Uber Eats, & the manager threatened to contact Uber and inform them that I am “fraudulent “(See screenshot)
Little does he realise that the option given to me to select from was: Wrong or Missing Items, which I selected because of the products being “Wrong” items and nothing like the cheesecakes in their menu photo! (See screenshot) I sent to Uber Eats the same photos of the product comparison as proof.
My review here is 100% honest and I am shocked that a business would respond with such anger and threats to their customers, which is unprofessional. The point of reviews is for businesses and companies to listen to feedback and try to make improvements, not backlash. See less
