Today I stepped into the wholesome mini Italy at Pizzeria Adamo after a long time and the smile I left with and the full belly and heart is unlike any you will experience from a true family business in Geelong.
Adamo Serra himself graces you upon entry at the very front practicing an age old family tradition of pizza making at the woodoven with smiles and greetings from him and his entire team whom you can see straight off are truly grateful to work in such a loving and cultured environment.
I was treated to the culinary efforts of the woman herself Laura whose skill in the kitchen coupled with love straight from her heart to the pan in creating amazing dishes in the kitchen.
What I truly love about Adamos is you can see everything. The kitchen both front and back as they tott around each other happily serving their customers and creating a true EatPrayLove experience with tunes, aesthetic and atmosphere that take you away to an afternoon or evening in a little Italian town.
I'm sincerely grateful to have experienced Adamos both at their initial venue on Ryrie street and can truly say that as they've grown as a business, they have if anything grown in heart and soul of how Italians will feed you and entertain you.
