Their barbeque has been slow cook for at least 16hrs. They have a great selection of high quality meat platters, smashed burgers, snack packs that can cater as an individual or as a share platter. Definitely something worth going back to. Great ambience. See less

Excellent range of bbq choices and a few surprises. Tried the corn ribs, was amazed with them. Wings are always juicy, ribs and brisket are rich with great bark. Worth checking out. See less

To ever think there be a smoke BBQ place in springvale is a surprise but goodness, it was packed with people which was so good to see. Would love to try their platter but had to suffice with their brisket and chips since it was a shorter wait time ( due to people waiting on orders and how busy it is) Anyway I'm pleased with the brisket and chips. The food is good, but if you prepared to wait then worst of try .. the wait is long as the kitchen is a-bit disorganised (not enough chef), Because kitchen is in a separate place from the restaurant (food truck kitchen) Again the food is satisfying, I think the kitchen should be inside restaurant instead of outside it is more efficient and safe for staffs and good hygiene. Good vibe, RnB playing in the background. Great service, but food took a bit long and by the time we started eating, it was already cold. The pork ribs was nice but a bit dry and the meat didn't fall off the bone or soft enough to easily get to the meat, but it was tasty. See less

Ordered in via Ubereats due to lockdown. Food was great! The ribs fell off the bone, the wings nice and smoky; sauce is good without being overly powering ie either too sweet or acidic or thick that you find in a lot of other 'smokehouse' . Mac and cheese was alright, can skip but overall, will be back for sure. See less

Not bad, but not great either. I'd like to start by saying the staff and company itself is very friendly and i do like the ordering system and venue. Where for me it fails is the portion sizes and cost of food. If you are spending $50 for two people, you expect to come out of that meal content and full. We ordered the pulled pork burger & brisket burger with large pulled pork QSB and a 'wing'. Both burgers were very small in size and filling. For the price, it should be overflowing similar to other places (YOMG Burger for example - amazing.) The pork was unfortunately dry compared to the pulled pork on the QSB. QSB itself was nice but like half full. The Brisket burger was good but same critique (almost kid size small). I have been craving an amazing American BBQ joint which offers generous portions at 'reasonable' prices but this place isn't it for me. Yet. Owners seem like good people, so I hope they take this criticism well and wish the best for the company. Especially during these tough times! See less

brand new casual diner serving up smoked barbeque meats has arrived in town! with having only just opened up a couple of weeks ago this place os already selling out! there is a moith watering selection of slow cooked smoked barbeque meats such as the 16hr smoked brisket, or their smoked fried chicken wings, or one of my favorites the smoked beef short ribs! you gotta get in quick and book ahead as their seatings get filled up pretty quick! or theres the option for takeaway, but as mentioned earlier - they do sell out! they also spot some local craft beer! love local businesses supporting other local businesses! definitely one to check out! located on the corner of springvale and centre rd - you wanna be coming from springvale side and turn into the street just before centre rd 😉 im very keen to see their journey ahead!
