We had a great take-out meal from this restaurant. The food was delicious and well priced. Service was prompt and the portions were a good size. The staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant decor was very pleasant.

A beautiful gem of exquisite Indian cuisine! The best naan bread around, crispy not oily! The chicken biryani is delicately spiced, aromatic and not heavy! A1 food with A1 friendly staff! Thank you! Highly recommend!!

Called in here as we used the Long Lunch promotion from SA Gov. (so $30 discount) Parking is an issue and we had to park a long way away for a 2 hour park but that was okay. Meal sizes were good. However we have had better Butter Chicken. It was a case of more liquid less chicken! The Goat was similar but even though it said it had bones I didn't think the majority of the dish (see photo) was bones. It was hard to find that much meat! If a business needs to do repairs with loud hammering, please do so when you are closed not while patron's are dining! Also I realise staff must entertain themselves while waiting for orders but if you have a television on and are laughing loudly, please behind a closed door! The piano music piped through the dining area doesn't drown out the television. Please look after your guests experience!

Well I feel this is the best place to enjoy indian cusien in the Adelaide. Apart from that most amazing thing the look of restaurant and how beautifully and warmly they welcome their clients. Thanks to Raj and taj for making our day special.

We had just dinned here tonight, a small group of us. We decided for a banquet choice from the menu. Starters were fresh and tasty but not enough to share. Equally with our main course choices, the serves were small and lacking in main ingredients of meat and seafood. Lamb korma, all sauce with a couple of pieces of lamb. Very stringy & basic quality. Service was very average and impersonal. Really can't understand why. Restaurant was nearly empty. They had us & couple of other tables. It cost us $360 for 6 for very basic fare and bad table service. Just gotta wonder are the owners of this restaurant really interested in offering a good dining experience & good service at a fare price or just ripping people off! After our ordeal, I rate this place very poorly & definitely won't be going back. To add insult, on leaving no staff approached us at the door to thank us or acknowledge our patronage. It's a bit of courtesy for the customer. Very rude on the restaurants part..

Very good customer service and our meals were first class. Also, my daughter left her watch at the restaurant and they made an effort to search their bookings and call us about it 😀. Impressive, eh. The restaurant has a cool and calming atmosphere too. I recommend you try these folks!

This place is so authentic. Had the Saag Paneer , Butter Chicken, Cheese and Garlic Naan- could not fault anything. Very clean and comfortable premises and warm and cosy decor. The heating was on when I arrived with my family -just the way I like it on a cold night. The friendly service from the waiter was very professional. I will be returning to support this business no doubt.

Delicious meal! Naan bread was the best I have ever had. Atmosphere was lovely and inviting. Will definitely be back here again 😊 waiter was extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience even better! Worth the drive from Gawler any day!

Jack & Jill's is a great venue with amazing staff. We came here for cocktails and a light snack and they did not disappoint. The whole restaurant area has a calming, modern vibe to it and a bar with a large, aesthetic selection of drinks. I ordered the fried pickles (pictured) with a light aioli sauce, which came promptly and had a perfect crunch and balance of flavor. After some conversing with staff, I ordered a Rose cocktail (pictured) which also had a great balance of components. Although cocktails are slightly more expensive than other places, they are worth every dollar. This place is perfect for a first date and even dinner and drinks with friends. Big thank you to Jack (FOH) and Courtney (bar) for making my first experience here memorable! I will definitely be back with some friends to try your dinner menu.

There is nothing not to like about this restaurant. Personally as a vegetarian it is a struggle to find a balance between taste and variety. Raj on Taj offers finger-licking, authentic food while offering a versatile range of options. The ambience of the restaurant is simply breathtaking, I am especially impressed by the idea of a cute hut decoration in a corner of the restaurant. If you wished privacy, this hut would be perfect for what you are looking for. The ambience, food and friendly staff all made the restaurant near to perfection. Dining in Raj on Taj was a delightful experience and would definitely recommend you to try it.

Green Salad was yummy and fresh - it is a Greek salad add capsicum less olives Fish curry was tasty Raita had been made with some super sweet yoghurt like vanilla breakfast yoghurt so it was not useful and was left untouched. The saffron rice was absolutely tasteless and had been way over boiled - that was left untouched too. Delivery Bloke was on time and friendly.

Great food & amazing customer service. Went just 30 min before closing on Friday night. Staff was super helpful with the order & service was prompt. I have tried fair few restaurants & this is amongst the best one so far. Need a bit of improvement on ambience/basic toiletries but be assured the food & service will keep you engaged.

Take away food. Found this place as we are searching for delicious Indian food in Adelaide. This place is recommended as a newly opened branch of a famous Indian food. The food is delicious. Especially the nangs. They are heavenly food. 😊
