Utopia, Eden, Shangri-La, Nirvana. All pale in comparison to Ramentic's miso Ramen. The owners are in my will and my kids names will be Miso and Slow cooked pork. Death row inmates get Ramentic delivered internationally. Definitely recommend See less

Tonkatsu style ramen was very nice and light - no problems finishing the whole bowl. I also liked how the cut of pork used for chashu was less fatty which complemented the lighter broth. The chook shoyu was interesting - partner liked it but I thought it tasted a bit too roasty. See less

We visited this place because of the good reviews. The ramentic ramen was close to tasteless. I consider myself a big fan of ramen and I didn’t enjoyed this one. They only have 4 ramen options. I also ordered a pork bao, which we think at least one ingredient tasted frozen. See less

Glad to see They cut everything finer Two small pieces of nothing cost me $2. Ouch Classic. Genuine bone soup Good hospitality. Quality above average quality. Sometimes, they didn't control the soup or noodle well. Make it have a fermented bad taste. As mentioned in other review. Extra noodle service without soup blend the taste. Wow it was beautiful food as I had Dry Noodles with chicken which on the menu had Pork. The lovey chef has made specially as my request when I can’t have pork! Great customer service and friendly staff also professional hygiene too!💖 See less

Ramen was tasty. Waiting time was about 20 minutes or so for dinner. The egg was served whole and the inside was still a bit cold. Other Japanese restaurants serve them already split. Friendly and helpful staff. Car park can be an issue in Braddon. See less

The ramen here is pleasant and inoffensive. However, this means it is very safe and kind of boring. Having lived for some time in Sydney where they are blessed with a wonderful variety of truly excellent ramen offerings, I can’t help but think that there is a lot more room to be more experimental with the menu to have more character. This is especially going to be relevant with new ramen places beginning to open up in Canberra. See less

Took 30 mins to make two Ramen due non peak time, very little broth, no want extra $$ broth when I order extra noodle. Taste not good, non authentic Ramen. See less

The ramen is tasty but if you’re after a more authentic style ramen then this isn’t it. I’ve found the taste to fluctuating in terms of strength and thickness. The restaurant is cute though, small area with an open kitchen. See less

I thought I'd pop by as I'd not been, despite hearing that the ramen is mediocre. To my chagrin, what I'd heard was absolutely correct. Tl;dr the ramen is average and overpriced - go across the street to White Chaco. The broth is a bit weak, and a bit fishy, so it's not a pure tonkotsu base you're getting. The noodles are soso. The chasiu is not generous and the pieces are cut thinner than general standard. The only positive is that the bamboo shoots tasted fresh. Would not come again, there are lots of choices now. my first time here and was firstly caught by how tender and succulent that pork belly looked! its a def MUST addition to your bowl - i ordered the Spicy Ramentic - perfect amount of spice for a spicy ramen (its not crazy spicy so dont worry). the pork bone broth was full of umami flavour! and the soy egg was made to perfection! the ramen texture was spot on with my liking! i know some people like firm noodles and some like extra soft... on a scale of 1-5 (1 xsoft, 5xfirm) this prob falls on 2. the staff provided great service and connected with their guests, and provided both indoor and outdoor seating areas. i arrived during early dinner so it wasnt overly busy then but this is def a must try if you want ramen that transports you to japan!
