I come from a proffesional fishing family on Sunshine Coast and the girls cook up the best crumbed prawn cutlets and scallops that I have ever tasted. The prawns are big size and the crumb is not oily and tastes so good. The scallops come with roe on and are large and the tastiest I have come accross in a shop. The crumbed pineapple fritters are my desert more than 3 times a week😁 See less

Love this place - always had the best fish and chips!! Unfortunately over the last few months the quality has dropped off. Some times its awesome some times (like tonight) its really off the mark. Hope the consistency comes up so we can enjoy everytime again. Really over cooked food tonight (and other nights its been off), almost inedible. See less

We drove from caboolture to have some highly recommended fish and chips, we arrived and noticed a fly in the cold storage window which we understand they get everywhere what is not acceptable is watching the staff member pick the fly up with the tongs and squish it between the tongs then just wipe the tongs with some paper and throw the tongs back into the cold storage window. when confronted the staff member shrugged and said it was just the tip of the tongs... we jumped back into the car and won't be going back! Like the other bad reviews here say - the food is actually pretty good - its the service that is terrible. The owner is both condescending and rude. The man clearly hates both his job and people. Such a shame because the location is great, instead myself and my family are on the hunt for a new local fish and chip joint where asking for a piece of fish cooked isn't felt like an inconvenience.
