I had two recent experiences with this store. Both left me feeling disappointed and highly unsatisfied. The first visit: I walked into the store. There was only one other person in front of me who had just placed their order. I ordered two chilli rippa meals and two extra chilli aioli sauces. 28 mins later I finally received my meal. Red rooster is a fast food restaurant. Taking 28 mins to produce two rippas and chips to me a absolutely not acceptable. I could cook chicken at home in just the same amount of time in the air fryer. Not to mention the chips by that time were cold to touch, undercooked and were unseasoned. I also never received the two chilli aioli sauces which I was charged $2 for. The second time I did the drive through. I placed the same order. I mentioned to the staff that the previous time I used the store the chicken was not the same and the chips were undercooked and unseasoned. She said she would make sure the meal is correctly cooked. When I received the meal once again like before the chicken was nasty and dry and the chips looked like they had been cooked twice and were dripping with oil and once again had no seasoning. Another thing to mention is that this store seams to make there own chicken strips which are tasteless, inconsistent in size and dry. She said to me that the chicken tenders they used before were too expensive to buy which contradicts the sign they have on the drive through stating that they cannot get stock. I will never use this red rooster again. If this is the way they serve their customers and cook their food their days are numbered. See less

Very disappointed in home delivery service. Received notice my order would be delivered at a specific time. I get a call from delivery driver advising me my order was not ready and when he tried to speak to the manager, he was brushed off. It seems if you order on the Red Rooster web site you will probably not get fed. When I attempted to call the store, my first 3 calls were ignored. The delivery driver waited well over half an hour for my order to be prepared. Not a good look for Red Rooster. Definitely lost one customer. See less

The boys working there slow asf’ There was only one girl who was working really fast and as boys were working slow as hell, she had to do everything. And the wait was almost more than 30 mins. Need better staff or more staff in busy period. See less

it was actually my first time trying the food at Red Rooster and honestly i love the taste. My choco mousse wasnt delivered but then Chantel (one of the staff at Charnwood) made sure i get it today. Thank you again Chantel.🥰 See less

It was a bit difficult to read what was on the menu as a TV screen wasn't working correctly and you couldn't read it. The chicken was very dry and tasteless. Chips were OK but too salty. See less

got a 3pc satisfyer box and a gooey choc cake, the chicken looked old and it was really hard to the touch, the chicken was dry and extremely salty, the gravy sucks and the gooey choc cake wasnt even gooey, im so disappointed im not going to be ordering from here for a long time.. it wasn't cheap either... They are obviously associated with Fried Chicken by Red Rooster on the menu log app. I ordered a meal - menu log says delivered but I have no idea where to. Obviously the drivers can't read an address. And guess what - unable to contact anyone. See less

Cold pineapple fritters. I don't have high expectations of Red Rooster, but I at least expect the food to be hot. Oh, and no drink in the combo? The menu says there should be, but despite checking in the store I got told it doesn't include a drink. See less

Had high hopes that the new fried chicken would be at least as good as KFC or better and that the cooking would be juicy and consistent. My first two bites of my first piece were great and the chicken was juicy but the the salt started to kick in. It is half an hour later and my mouth hasn’t recovered from the salt. Why so much, is it to preserve the batter? Second piece was ok but by then I was struggling to tolerate the salt. I didn’t finish the third piece as it was dry, perhaps over cooked. Not the consistency I was hoping for. Person that took our drive through order was pleasant. Pineapple ring was good as it always has been. Won’t be back for fried chicken though. Moderately clean and not much of a wait when ordering food. They sometimes have $5 meals for kids which are helpful (currently a large chicken piece, small drink and small chips) Has a Drive Thru and they also deliver to the surrounding area.
