Purchased a large lunch for a local clinic recently with a variety of options. It was ordered with less than an hour to prepare and not only was it ready on time, but they also threw in a generous sample of some new fried chicken to try (which by the way was so delicious). Their service was excellent from the initial phone call, their willingness to accommodate the large order in a short time, and even taking it to the car for me. So rare to see such excellent customer service, that went above and beyond, from what most would deem a fast food chain. It was such great value for money and the clinicians absolutely loved it, with plenty of left overs for that afternoon snack. We all commented that Red Rooster for some silly reason is underrated, as it was fabulous and our new "go-to." Thank you so much! See less
