Just ordered about 20 minutes ago family chips and a large gravy, last couple of chips I didn't realize had HAIR on the bottom of the chips and when I picked up one it's on the actual chip!, Absolutely disgusting. See less

I would give them no stars if I could, my meal took for ever to make. And when I finally got to it. My rooster roll was crushed in the bag and my large chips were not even filled up to the top. They seem to not care at that place. And I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely disgraceful. 2nd time they've stuffed up my order with no way of sending the missed items. They hire a driver to deliver but can't get another driver to deliver the missing food. Why can't they put an catch up order in the syrem for delivey. This is the 21st century, should do better See less

No hurry to serve when we walked in. Didn't have what we ordered yet still advertised. Staff was rude and in no hurry to serve, looked like we were a nuisance, absolutely no idea of customer service. See less

Ordered a two pieces combo for 9.95 and was so disappointed with the meal! They put a cold drum stick and a wing as the two pieces!! the chips were exactly 13 cold pieces of which two are burnt. The only thing that was okay is the drink 🤦 No cutlary.. no serviettes Never again See less

I stopped in there to grab a bottle of water after getting some medication from the pharmacy in the same complex. Their EFTPOS machine was playing up, so they ended up giving me the bottle. Their staff were extremely friendly and I can't thank them enough for their generosity. See less

You will need to fix the red royalty app, if people have not used there money that they have saved up on the application, then don't take their money away from them, I have had around $70 taken out of my app and I paid for the meals out of my account, so if I can get that paid back and if you can make it so that you can actually use the money or just say you can't use your red royalty dollars, that would help out heaps See less

I would not recommend this place at all. On many orders they either forget something (like the burger itself) or not send you the right one you ordered and if you want to get another sent to you, they expect you to go in store to get the same meal again only if you ask the manager about it. Do not order online in this store ever or go in store. See less

Don’t know how this place is still open. Staff just have no interest in customer service or their jobs for that matter. They just don’t seem to care about the food quality at all. The entire time I was waiting for my order I had to listen to the staff just standing there discussing quite a personal matter that should not have been spoken about in front of customers. Oh yeah and the food there is just disgusting. See less

I attended red rooster today leaving in disgust! there were 2 staff at the counter and however many out the back. the lady's at the front counter 1 only had uniform on and the other didnt. The lady that was not wearing uniform spoke so rudely to the other staff member and being so bossy I as a customer should not see that and then she begins to get frustrated with the customers basically throwing there food at them. What kind of workplace is this? See less

Went in about 12.45. Ordered 1 large blt smash combo and a large rooster roll combo. I was the only customer in the store when i ordered. Another 2 people walked in after i had ordered. So it wasnt busy. I got home and the rooster roll was rubbish. Hardly any chicken on it, approx 1tblsp of what looks like to be thickened sauce. I took photos incase they try to dispute my "lies". I havent eaten it. Im sure the dogs will enjoy it. Please contact me Red Rooster to discuss this matter further. Pull your socks up guys. See less

I take advantage of their delivery as yes the food is a bit more exy and there is a min spend of $25, but I aways buy something that can be consumed at dinner so I can continue with what I am doing and lunch is sorted. I get a text to advise me when my delivery has left the store and I can track its progress. I only have had one issue with this service but they were quick to fix it. See less

We placed an order New years Night (9.15pm), and we had email confirmation and even an SMS advising delivery would be in 25-30 minutes. After waiting an hour and trying to call through to the store it looked amiss, and after 2 hours i figured this was a no go. The next day we were called and the team member explained we missed delivery times by 15 minutes, fair enough, even though this was not mentioned anywhere when ordering and we received 2 confirmations. He asked if we would like the amount refunded which would take place in the next 2-3 days as we had pre-paid through the ordering app / website, which i said would be good. I was fine with that at the time even though a bit annoyed we were given confirmation for something that was incorrect. Despite trying to contact Red Rooster since we have had no response and not received our refund. I would not recommend this location for the poor response (no response since first phone call), which is very frustrating after we had ordered so many times beforehand with limited issues. Not one to ever write a review, and understand order times may fall outside of their availability, but i think the online process should mention this and not send falsified confirmations. Most frustrating is to have paid monies and not been refunded still. Red Rooster and this location get 0 as a review from me, and I would not recommend anyone use their delivery service. Stick to Domino's, they have their process in order. See less
