I called at 8:30pm asking if you guys were open and doing takeaway, I got told yes and that you close at 10pm. I come in at 9:15pm wanting to order and I was told that the kitchen was closed. How was the kitchen closed when there was a table that just ordered food and a man picking up takeaway? How about you give your customers the correct information. See less

Ordered food from here last week as I could smell it from the car park of another store and it smelled divine! The Panang curry was just delicious. And so was the Pad Satay Stir-fry and the Pad Num Prik Poaw - all certainly lived up to the aroma - they tasted delicious, and generous sizes at a super decent price!! Absolutely value for money! The experience of ordering, the customer service on pickup, plus the food was well worth it - thank you!! Will be back for sure! See less

This is a hidden gem of a place for real authentic Thai food. They can accommodate vegan requests and the food is just amazing! Staff is also very good and makes good recommendations after listening to you properly. Highly recommend it. See less

Uninspiring Thai food. Ordered the Pad Med Mamuang (cashew chicken) it was stir fried vegetables and chicken in what tasted like bottled stir fry sauce bought at a supermarket. The pad Thai was bland and dry. While the Service staff were polite and friendly, I wouldn't eat here again. See less

Don't bother ordering from this restaurant. We ordered our food twice from this restaurant and have had significant problems with delivery. The last time we waited and hr and half and food didn't arrive. They never pick up their phones or provide refunds. Shocking service!!! See less

I live around the corner from this joint, walking distance. And if you told me the best Thai cuisine in Melbourne was located in Craigieburn, I wouldn't believe you. This place is a banger, top quality authentic Thai food, great pricing, with a beautiful restaurant set up to eat in and dine. They take online ordering and delivery, pick up is also quick and convenient. I've never had a better experience anywhere else. And the free can of coke with every $60 really keeps me coming back. 5stars! See less

Ordered the Pad Bai Gra Pow and Pad Kana (Chinese broccoli) with deep fried pork belly from menu log, waited almost an hour for the foods to be delivered and was so disappointed how they still use Yellow Chinese broccoli leaf for a customer when you can see the quality of the leaf is can't be use anymore. Last night I ordered from this place for the first time. Ive only moved to Cragieburn recently and got lost on the way there! They helped me with directions over the phone of how to find this amazing little restaurant. I took my take away home and was very impressed! Both dishes were bursting with flavor. Delicious local feed! we ordered of ubereats, and the food came in a timely matter and was still hot! Which is surprising when food comes through Uber. The food itself was delicious, full of flavour and a great serving. The Pad See Ew was a winner Pricing is also great, not over priced which adds to the experience. I’m sure dining I would be an even better experience. Highly recommend. See less
