The coffee is great. The staff are always lovely and friendly no matter how busy they are. They have been a lifesaver to people working nearby during the COVID lockdown as one of the only cafes open! See less

Hands down by far the best coffee In Canberra !!!! Followed by a small, simple but yet extremely delicious menu that is made using fresh locally sourced produce. I am at Ritual most days for a morning coffee/snack. The service is outstanding, even during peak times. Their roasted sandwiches are also top notch and a “must have” if you work around Barton. The team at Ritual certainly know how to take care of their customers!! Thank you 🙏🏽 See less

Great, efficient cafe. Always consistently great food, coffee and service. Always pleasant and clean, incredibly busy so i appreciate the staff being so quick and accurate at the counter (but still remember so many customers names and orders!!!) definitely not waiting all day for my lunch and coffee. Their avocado toast with tomato is an absolute godsend and wonderfully vegan. The coffee is always good and the staff look like a cool indie pop girl band all of the time, no matter who is working! It's a busy little spot and great for work meetings and coffee hangs. See less

Dirty glassware, maybe you need a new dishwasher? There is a huge rush to get my money when the previous customer hasn't even finished paying at the register. I'm happy to wait a bit longer in line to get better customer service. Lilly is good! You guys are lucky the coffee tastes better than the other places around... The staff are so much nicer and friendlier when the boss isn't around stressing them out. See less

Great fit out and vibe, coffee was not too bad either. Only odd part was I asked to start a tab as I wanted to order a couple of items sequentially and they said they don’t do that... was odd. Anyways, certainly worth checking out!!! See less
