If I could give a no star review I would. I ate a duck rice paper roll from the Belconnen store on Tuesday 20/7/21. It have me food poisoning!! Specifically a Campylobacter Infection and I’m now on a course of antibiotics. I got this infection from eating poultry that wasn’t fully cooked. A week off work, visit to the dr, blood tests and stool sample later gave me the answer. I know it was from rolld because I did not eat any other poultry for quite some time before I ate this duck rice paper roll!!! I have reported this to the food safety regulator. NEVER AGAIN!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING SICK!!!! See less

Probably the worst experience I have ever had getting an order delivered. Placed my order direct through Roll'd online, received a delivery time, that came and went then received a sms stating the order was cancelled and the store was closed. Called Roll'd and was informed I'd have to collect the order myself. When i arrived (an hour an half after placing the order) they had a completely different order waiting for me, when I questioned the sales assistant she told me there was no order in the system? After eventually finding the order in their system it couldn't be fulfilled as they had sold out of most of the items I had ordered. Disappointing to say the least. See less

Got a complete different order to what we ordered food was terrible definitely didn’t get enough food as we payed for, ordered for delivery and had to pick up ourselves, never ordering from here again See less

I used to come there. Most of the stores are closed after 6 p.m. and I was shopping alone so this was a great idea to have a quick dinner at Roll’d. However, It’s not nice as the raw beef was placed in the cold soup. The paper roll was also cold, the skin was thick, the food inside was loosely wrapped that it would fall out after I took a bite. customer service is horrible. the girl taking the order kept repeating her question to me even though I had already answered, they didnt give me a receipt, and I never got the iced coffee I ordered and PAID for (couldnt go back when I realised as had no time). didnt receive one smile while I was there and was made to get my own chopsticks for some reason very rudely. I tried to order on their app to avoid this and it just deleted my order saying there is an issue with the merchant (seemed like they rejected it?). I’m never eating here again. See less
