2stars because the food is ok at best but very expensive. I don't like being charged $4.50 for a small serving of jasmine rice. Even tho that's the price for coconut rice. Curry's at 17.50. too high. Atmosphere inside is cold and uninviting. The waitress is fulfilling uber deliveries or in the back. See less

I regularly order from here either pick up or on Uber Eats, Meals always ready within a reasonable time and prepared well. Chicken & Cashew stir fry is my fave and they always pack it with plenty of veggies as well! Great curry puffs and spring rolls and the few times I've dealt with their staff they've always been very friendly. :) See less

My first time to the Royal orchid Thai cuisine. The food was beautiful, good serving on your plate. My food was lovely. My friends meal was really nice he said. I would recommend it to anyone. The price was good. The staff was excellent and helpful. See less

Very dissapointing experience. The advertised 'stir fried garlic chicken with vegetables' wasn't at all a stir fry and contained no vegetables. To add to the disappointment, when I rang up to speak to the restaurant staff I got told it was my fault for not asking for vegetables. Very rude customer service and instead of trying to help just blamed me for not knowing how they've served this dish for 20 years. Can safely say you should choose another Thai restaurant if you want good food and service! See less
